Rare cottage within a mile of St. Charles bay. Located on the Lamar Peninsula. fenced yard. A shared peninsula with Goose Island, surrounded by three bays & The famous Big Tree. Whooping cranes migrate right down the road , this is the only place in Texas that has so much going on within a few blocks. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, bird watching. Close to downtown shopping & restaurants. Fishing is good year round. Red fish, Black drum, Flounder, Trout, Shrimp & Crab. Go deep sea or Bay fishing.
The space
Fully equipped kitchen, Washer & dryer. bedroom with full size bed. loft with two extra beds. Bath with shower. fire ring, grill & picnic table outside. Fish cleaning station. Fully fenced yard for pets. TV's, Wi-Fi. A.C. & heating. EV 2 charger for electric cars.

Great little tiny house

Loved the house and loved the stay! Property felt remote and private while being close to everything we wanted to do. Fenced yard was roomy and great for our dogs. Loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings with coffee. House had everything we needed for a nice weekend stay. It is truly a tiny house, my 6 foot 4 inch son fit but barely lol. Communication with the host was spot on, quick, easy and very helpful. Only thing I would rate less than 5 stars was the accuracy of the posting as it listed a hot tub and didn’t mention the house has a septic system but neither was an issue at all. Would definitely stay here again.

All We Needed

My wife and I love Rockport and unfortunately we were just there for 4 days. The place is super cute and the fenced in yard was plus for our pets. Definitely would stay here again.
