「The host was very responsive in responding to my dozen messages. It was my first time using VRBO the bad: The oven did not work it took 3 hours for breakfast to cook which we ended up having to toss in the trash. The instructions on how to change it from cold to heat were nowhere to be found and the floor was dirty my child’s feet were dirty from them. Not the greatest experience especially with it being a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host only wanted to refund me back the 50 late...

「Loved this place. It felt secluded enough. We had a outdoor pool table And hot tub. Love that the back yard was fenced for the pup. Also the bonus separate game room was neat. Lots of parking. Will definitely save for future. 」

It's a decent option but I personally would look for something else based on my experience.Positives: pics are accurate; host quickly responds; working level 2 EV charger; fully stocked kitchen; newer construction and clean; 2 min. walk to Madden Bald Trailhead and 12 min. drive to the Cosby Picnic Area; and is a 35-40 min drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.
