“Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. They also were unable to get an outside company……

“For the amount of money paid, you would think there would be a microwave andrefrigerator in the room. No cleaning service no cell service and spotty Wi-Fi. The shower was terrible hot water to cold water without changing the knob no steady temperature half of the restaurants not open or closed early food, choices, or limited not worth the money. Should’ve just stayed in Holiday Inn for half the price”

“Hotel was very nice. Staff and grounds were great. The reason for giving a neutral review is our room was right next to loud live music until 1AM. I feel we should have been warned about the room at check in or before and given an option for a room on the other side of the hotel. Please be sure to ask about this when making your reservation and check in.”

“The hotel was very dirty. Garbage cans overflowing outside. Moldy ac vent in the room. Garbage left in the room from previous tenants. cockroach in our bathroom. The sink had snot and toothpaste residue from previous tenants.”

“The bathroom was very small and the bathtub seemed to not refurbishing.”
