There are three bedrooms on the top floor with a full bathroom as you enter the property and another bedroom on the bottom floor with a full bathroom. The bottom floor has a full kitchen, kitchen table, seating area for watching TV, and a laundry room. Walk out of bottom floor directly onto paved covered patio with another table, ceiling fan, patio chairs and a grill. There is also a fire pit off to the side of the patio for nighttime relaxation.
