“Great stay! Perfect for what we needed! Greta communication. Super close to fire island! The best! Thank you!”

“Erica was very communicative and helpful. Very cozy with a great location.”

“It all starts with the host, Louis, who is outstanding. He allowed my brother to do a walkthrough of the property months before we showed up. Louis communicates effectively and efficiently, and responds immediately. The fridge was initially stocked with breakfast essentials, there was wine in the dining room table and beverages in the small fridge. There were towels and bathrobes in every closet, and essentials in every bathroom and shower. This property is everything it’s advertised to be, a……

“The property is beautiful and was everything we would want for our vacation. I have rented a number of homes for vacation, but never had coffee, razors, mouthwash and other household goods available for guests. A wonderful touch.”

“I was disappointed. The kitchen was not stocked as stated and we had no access to washer that is in the profile. My granddaughter eats on the run and we had no broom to clean up after her. The rooms were adequate and the yard was pleasant. For what I spent I shouldn’t have had to run out for anything. When I spoke to Reggie when we arrived the issue of cleaning supplies seemed to be of no concern for cleaners come in after we leave but what bout while we were there if it is expected that quests……

“Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out. There was……

“Had a lovely stay at this home. Nice amenities, comfy beds, private back patio. Location was perfect for our trip.”

“Could not ask for a more helpful, kind, accommodating host, who made sure we had everything we needed and quickly responded to any questions we had along the way. Really sweet home on a mellow street, with a very private backyard and pool that heats up quickly and retains heat well, too. (Wish our own pool did that!) We really loved being SO village-walkable — we hardly used the car. Lots of good spots for meals and ice cream. What a wonderful way to kick off the summer with our crew!”
