This remarkable, multi-story home boasts all-new living room furniture and fresh paint throughout to start the 2024 season off right! Nestled into the picturesque Rodanthe landscape, it hosts ample amenities, beach access, and breathtaking water views destined to inspire an unforgettable stay!

Ideally located, you’ll find Rodanthe Pier Place, Salvo Day Use Area, and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge. Spend a day taking a leisurely stroll along the pier, playing beach games, birdwatching, or exploring the refuge’s diverse habitats.

Back home, you’re just steps away from the beach for easy swimming, sunbathing, and lounging on the sandy shore. Community sound access is perfect for launching windsurfing and kite-boarding gear or exploring the calm, shallow waters in a kayak. Community tennis courts are also within walking distance.

Inside this oasis, be welcomed by a sun-soaked, open-concept living area featuring plush seating, balcony access, and charming, colorful decor. Feel right at home sipping coffee on the well-furnished deck in the salty air or snuggled up on the sofa streaming your favorite movies.
