Grundsätzlich ein nettes Haus mit ausreichend Platz und großer Terasse und Garten. Leider ist das Haus an einigen Stellen schon in die Jahre gekommen und es war wirklich schlecht gereinigt. Dreckige Topflappen und Küchentücher von den Vorgängern, Haare in der Dusche, Tablettenverpackungen unter dem Waschbecken, Eispackungen und Alkohol im Tiefkühler. Man hat außerdem den Eindruck, das Haus wäre bis vor kurzem einfach in privater Nutzung gewesen. Überall liegen private Dinge rum. Ein Abstellraum ist voll, eine Schublade im Schlafzimmer, in wirklich allen Schränken steht irgendetwas drin, sehr viele Spielsachen drinnen und draußen, die aber zum Teil kaputt sind, usw.. Schade - man könnte sicherlich mehr aus dem Haus herausholen.
