“This hotel is amazing! We wanted to extend our stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were excellent, nice pool and spa! Rooms were clean and super nice and updated Garden was nice to relax in. Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. Super great stay. Hopefully will come back some day! 10/10!”

“We arrived late at night and the owner himself was there to welcome us, and greeted us by name, that small gesture set the tone for the whole stay. He also upgraded us to a room with a stunning view of the Alpine mountains, which was such a nice surprise. Waking up to that every morning never got old! The food was really delicious, with breakfast being our favorite. Our son had an absolute blast with the playground and the little farm on the property, chickens, hens, goats, It's one of those……

“The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings……

“喜歡海拔2006公尺的山中有如此質感的餐廳旅館，雖然在網路選訂没料到離市中心車程20分鐘，不過、夏末秋初的雪讓我們有驚喜；室內温暖原木建築覺得十分温暖，餐廳的服務人員服裝很專業就像他們對我們的服務一樣！料理也很棒！網路更是超強！這次巧遇，下次要特別來，視野好，又有許多健行步道”

“We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing. This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working……
