The location in a residential neighborhood is a short walk from the train and the old town and there are multiple grocery stores nearby. "Wir können uns den positiven Ausführungen unserer Vorgänger im vollem Umfang anschließen. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. Sehenswürdigkeiten in Lübeck, Wismar und Schwerin sind in weniger als eine Stunde zu erreichen. Der nächste Urlaub im Feriendomizil 'Padua' ist schon in Planung. Danke und viele Grüße aus Gielde"

"Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser sehr schönen, top sauberen und bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Barendorf liegt ab von jeglicher Einkaufsmöglichkeit, daher ist dieser Ort ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt fußläufig einen tollen kilometer langen Sandstrand, auch für Hunde sehr gut geeignet. Einziger Nachteil an er Wohnung KEIN w-lan und auch mit surf stick ganz schlechte Verbindung"

"Die Wohnung ist trotz des Alters noch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Bauschutt/Müll am Eingang war bei Anreise etwas erschreckend. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber ein Backofen fehlt schon (Aufbacken von Brötchen nicht möglich, Bäcker sehr weit weg). "We loved our stay at Holiday Inn. Reception was kind and helpful and efficient. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of different options, which was nice since we were there five days. Everything was delicious. We paid for parking. It was expensive, but we were here during the festival and we didn’t want to fight for parking-so we thought it was worth it. Walking distance to the island which was were we did a lot of exploring, so a great location. I would definitely choose to stay here again."
