This historic building turned into apartments is a must stay. . Very cozy, quiet and clean. We enjoyed our two night stay and it's only a couple minutes from historic downtown Rogers. We would definitely stay again.
What a unique experience in a great location! The apartment is clean, welcoming and beyond comfortable.
The hosts were so great, communications were prompt and accommodating.
We loved our visit.
I absolutely loved staying here!!! The apartment is so cool, love the windows and decor. It’s quiet and out of the way, yet close to everything. Everything is so comfortable. I am definitely staying again when I come back to town!
Really enjoyed my stay at the historic milk plant apartment. It was close to all the events we were in town for, clean but rustic/industrial feeling, and the owner was super helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Will definitely be planning another stay here in the future.
This was a great spot, close to all things downtown Rogers. It was funky, fun, comfy and had thoughtful pieces as well like real plants, great tea selection, lots of candles, even a garage door in the living room you can open to let in fresh air and sunshine.
We will definitely stay her again on our next trip to Rogers.
We had an amazing time in Rogers. The old milk plant was super cool very comfortable, clean and accommodating. We were close to downtown. It was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend.
Such a cute space!! Easy to find and very centrally located. Super clean and had everything you could need. Really appreciated the coffee station. Hosts were super communicative. We really enjoyed our stay in Rogers and would totally stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you!!

Very cool concept. Clean space, stocked and decorated well. Lots of noise from the trains going by along with several vehicles and people coming in and out of the parking lot right outside your big windows with no curtains to protect your privacy.
We needed a place to stay for a few nights while our house was being painted. This place did the trick & the owners could accommodate us in under 24 hours. It looks exactly like the photos and has plenty of linens/towels. Would definitely stay again if needed.
It was amazing!!! I was very impressed with the communication of the property owners & their helpfulness of the directions, parking and details on our stay. The apartment is so cute with all the decorations and has a cozy feel. My friends were very impressed that I had found such a cool place for us to stay. I was impressed too. Wish we could’ve stayed longer than one night but maybe next time.
A Cool Blend of History and Comfort – Perfect Concert Stay!
We booked this spot for a one-night stay while in town for a concert, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed — honestly, we would’ve stayed longer if we could! The space was incredibly clean, the beds were super comfy, and the amenities were well thought out and modern. We did have a little hiccup with the air conditioning when we first arrived, but the host responded right away and got us up and running quickly — couldn’t have asked for better communication. One of the highlights for us was the building’s history. We’re big fans of unique places, and learning that this used to be a milk plant made it even more memorable. The whole place strikes the perfect balance of old character and modern comfort. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
