The most seamless check in EVER!
Host was very responsive to communication. The check in process was the easiest we have ever experienced. This place is a little gem in a great location to all the Northwest Arkansas destinations.

Very pleasant experience.

It was our second time staying there and it was just as nice as the first time. The owners are always willing to take care of anything we need. They are very friendly and respectful. We hope to be able to come back in the future. We recommend that anyone looking for a rental should check out this property. It was a fantastic vacation getaway.

Everything about this place was amazing. The location was just a couple of minutes to the promenade and any needs in the Rogers area. The listers were very easy to communicate with. The hot tub was definitely a plus. We will definitely be staying here again!

Midtown Oasis
The property is beautiful, especially the backyard. The weather allowed us to swim in the pool everyday from afternoon until after sunset. We didn't even need to leave the premises to enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend this as an enjoyable and very relaxing getaway.

Perfect Getaway
This house is not only in a erfect location and close to everything, but it has all the basic essentials to make your stay as relaxing as possible. It was spotless in every room and had more than enough space for the six of us. The pool came with all kinds of extras accommodating for any age. The owners had above and beyond communication and made everything a breeze. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking a this area. The house had so much to offer we barely scraped the surface.

What a fun place! Our original plan was to see a concert during our visit but it was cancelled and I have to say the hosts were excellent. The house was a blast. Hard to leave to go anywhere and explore when you have such an amazing pool or hot tub right in front of you. That being said, the communication with the hosts was 10/10(very responsive and helpful in a timely fashion). They provided a basket that had all the things you might need for an exploring expedition or just a float in the pool. In the end, we will most definitely return so we can check everything off the list of magical places they suggested. Best VRBO EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER!

Excellent Home away from Home!
My family and I rented this property for a week and everything was great! There were ants (but who doesn't have those this time of the year?) So we put out a few traps and it took care of them! The 13 year old and one year old loved the pool, and so did the adults!! Lots to do within a short driving distance, tons of places to eat and grocery shopping only a few minutes away! We might just be back again! 😉

We were celebrating our daughter’s 12th Birthday with her friends. And we all had a blast. We just wish the Hot Tub was going. But, it all the right tv stations, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, the girls spent most of there time in the pool, it was big enough to do her party games, it had everything I needed to clean up with. It was perfect and we thank them so much! Her party was a big hit. 😊

Girls Weekend
Location was perfect for our needs. Owner responded quickly to a couple questions we had. There was pool toys, beach towels and sunblock available to guests. Fluffy towels and comfortable beds. Able to park in garage, which was a plus. Just a couple minor things. Air conditioner had a hard time keeping house cool. But when we stayed we was experiencing unusual high temps. There was ants in the kitchen that got in some of our food. Which we had to throw out. Overall we really enjoyed the rental and would stay again.

They had everything!
Really nice owners who were not only quick to respond but helpful with suggestions on things to do. The house was stalked with absolutely everything you’d need from pool toys to speakers, enough paper products for the weekend, bike tools and the perfect heated pool and hot tub. Rogers had plenty to do but also only 15 minutes from Bentonville bike trails.

Our stay people wise was myself, my fiancé, my mom and my niece. Property was wonderful. The pool was the big bonus. We had a great family vacation. The pool and hot tub was definitely the highlight of our trip! There is no shampoo and body wash so make sure to pack these item. The front yard landscaping could use a lot of work but the inside of the house is great.

We had a fun, relaxing stay here. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We grilled and ate almost all of our meals here, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had local relatives over one night for dinner and had plenty of seats outside and dinnerware. Plenty of floats, noodles, and pool toys for my teenage son.

Great Repeat Stay
This is our 2nd time staying at the Midtown Oasis. This time we'd hoped to be able to get out and explore more of the hiking and cycling that's available in the area, but the weather wasn't cooperative. We were rained out for 2 of our 4 days there. The other 2 days, my kids just wanted to stay in the pool all day, even though the water temperature was really chilly. I knew going into it that it'd probably be too cold for swimming, and it was for us adults, but I'd bought the kids some cheap shorty-style wetsuits on Amazon before the trip and they worked GREAT. My 7 and 10 year olds were able to swim allllll day without being too cold. They also loved playing in the sand and hanging out in the bunkbeds. There's a Wal-Mart around the corner for groceries (they also deliver), plus some great food options. (We loved our Cuban dinner from Havana Tropical Grill so much we ended up ordering from there twice.... milk tea and boba from Hi Tea ... great donuts from Rick's Bakery... breakfast at First Watch, etc.) Very nice to be able to park our car in their garage as well. Enjoy!

This house was great! The garage was big enough to park our car and can easily store bikes when not in use. It is centrally located between many bike trails and museums. It was great to soak in the hot tub after riding. The kitchen has all the tools to make a good meal. It was a nice private lot.

BACHELORETTE WEEKEND!
This house was the best! The hosts were amazing. I cannot say enough good things. The entire property was clean. The bathrooms were beautiful and the kitchen had a nice new fridge/freezer & dishwasher. My friends and I will definitely be returning in the warmer months. However, the heated pool & hot tub were great for cool spring days! 10/10 stars.
