a lovely little visit!

it was a quick trip for us, but lovely nonetheless. we felt like we were staying in a tree house. the views were lovely and it was a comfortable stay!

The floor plan was very interesting. House worked great for large family. The elevator was interesting and great if a family member had a disability. House was pet friendly but there is no grass anywhere. We had a wonderful family week of vacation and the lake is a short walk away!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay for our family's Beaver Lake vacation. Lots of space and great location. Elevator was very helpful getting groceries and luggage to the 4th floor. The house is even prettier in person than the pictures. Really enjoyed our walks down to the lake where we fished, skipped rocks, and the kids swam. Beautiful views of the lake and moon at night. Our host, Cohova, checked on us every day to make sure all was going well.

Family getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 5. We walked to the water every day, played a lot of shuffle board and relaxed in the hot tub. The host had everything we could think of. Just wish the weather was better to utilize the kayak and paddle boards, next time!

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Amazing access to the lake. Since it was the off season, we had the whole beach to ourselves. House contained everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect for our family of four.

Fantastic property for the family!

This exquisite property has everything from luxury to tranquility. Make sure you plan on making good use of the chef quality kitchen. They have thought of most everything. Very attentive host that is focused on hospitality.

Absolutely beautiful home. It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. The paddle boards were a huge win for the kids. Lake access is a 30 second walk away. Marina is a 10 minute drive where we rented a boat and jet ski, and were able to anchor near enough to the shore to easily get back and forth as needed. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of small issues we had, so I have zero complaints whatsoever. Well, I wish the outdoor fire pit had a little more space to set up some chairs, but hey nothing is perfect. Thanks for everything!

50th Anniversary Getaway

While this house was a bit much for two people, we enjoyed having the whole house to ourselves. The owners were fantastic with incredible communications. We also loved their website for things to do in the surrounding area and used this as our main source for attractions and places to eat. The house is just like the pictures. The area makes you feel out in the wilderness but you are minutes away from anything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed the 4 nights we stayed there and hope to return again. The elevator was a real bonus when moving luggage and groceries.

Deserves more than 5 stars

Can't say enough good things about this home and the Cohova team. From a couple of questions ahead of arrival, to communication on check-in process, to communication on departure, everything was excellent. The property is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by trees, and within a 2 minute walk of the lake. The home is clearly nearly brand new and in terrific shape. There were plenty of towels and sheets, as well as ample toiletries. It's a very easy 10 minute drive to Rogers. We have spent a fair amount of time in NWA and we certainly felt this home and it's location was second to none. Thanks for an amazing stay!!!
