Perfect weekend at the lake
The property was as listed in the description. We played a lot of games of darts, it was too hot to use the hot tub or the fire pit, although they look great. Perfect location to get to our boat rental at prairie creek. Marina. Communication and check in check out process were frictionless. I would definitely recommend this property to someone looking to have a nice time on the lake.

Property was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and Hector responded to us in a timely manner with all questions we had. A few notes: Exterior siding could use a wash. Although the property had access to the lake, the steep decline could have had more secure steps to get to the water’s edge. The fire pit was nice. There were 3 pool sticks for the billiards table, but 2 were broken. We loved seeing 2 little visiting fawns near the water on property everyday. All beds were comfortable (including the sheets) and bathrooms were great. We used the kitchen. Everything worked well. This was a fun weekend as we rented a pontoon boat one full day. A much needed vacation from our excessive heat wave. NW Arkansas is beautiful.

Annual Family Retreat
Since 2015, we have had a family retreat each fall. Without question, this has been the best one ever. Everything was "as advertised" or in most cases much better. It couldn't have been a more beautiful setting. Even the weather was perfect. Our every need had been anticipated and cared for in advance. Not one of our four generations even started their vehicle the entire time we were there. We just relaxed in the beautiful cabin in such a beautiful setting and enjoyed each others company. As nice as everything was, the absolute best was our host. From our first contact through our final departure every request/question was answered positively and immediately. We can't wait until next year to come again.

Wonderful lakefront location
Property was amazing. So many amenities including hottub, fire pit, pool table, and beautiful view of lake. The one and only draw back was the steep driveway to ender the property. We brought motorcycles and it is somewhat treacherous to ride down on the loose gravel. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful lake retreat
We really enjoyed our get away with family at this beautiful home. Our host Barend had thought of everything from amenities to recommendations for local activities. The decor was very comfortable and relaxing my favorite spot was a daybed off the master where I could have morning coffee and enjoy the view of the lake. Two decks line the back so there is plenty of space inside and out to gather along with fire pit and seating right by the lake. We only had 7 this house has lots of sleeping options perfect for a family reunion or just to get away from everything. Highly recommend and will be back!

Family celebration
We stayed at the house for the University of Arkansas graduation because we had a group 7 staying and our kids came to visit and eat with us so we had nine for some meals. It worked great because hotels and restaurants were packed. The house was very well stocked. The kitchen was great with lots of space and cabinets filled with cooking, eating and serving dishes. The house was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable with a great view of Beaver Lake. Great outdoor space as well.
