Fraternity Conference
We were 15 men staying in Rogers for a fraternity meeting. The pics on the website do this property no justice…it is gorgeous! Waking up to the sunrise on the water…what could be better. The house has plenty of space and room to spread out. We will book it again!!

Simply the best!
We loved everything about your home! It was so beautifully decorated with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. We so enjoyed spending the evenings on the deck and in the hot tub. It was especially nice to have 3 king size beds/bedrooms with private baths and a 4th bedroom with 2 queens. We didn’t use the bunk beds but that would have been great for kids or teens. The kitchen was fully decked out - so cooking was a joy. We loved it and would like to come back again!

Women’s retreat

Beautiful house!!
This was our second time staying here, and it still never fails to disappoint! We are a group of eight women who get together once a year to hang out and relax, and we have gone to many different homes. We have decided that this house is going to be the home we stay in moving forward! Everything is immaculate and everybody has room to spread out. We cannot wait until next summer!

Awesome
One of a kind property right on the water at Beaver Lake. Convenient location right by Prairie Creek Marina and just 10 mins from Rogers. Owner is super helpful and always available. Kitchen well stocked. Back patio/deck is huge, comfortable and beautiful. Awesome all around!

Best VRBO Property
My husband and I have stayed in many VRBO properties but this was our very best stay. We stayed in the house with three other couples and everyone was very comfortable. The common spaces are large, comfortable and well appointed. The outdoor living area was spacious and the view of Beaver Lake exceptional. We choose to prepare our meals at the house during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware, dinnerware, glassware, serving utensils and plenty of cookware to prepare large meals. Our final evening in the hot tub topped off a wonderful stay. This is a property we will visit again.

Perfect Family Vacation Location
This property is everything they say it is! If you have a large family - this property is for you! The attention to detail was very appreciated, one detail included built in baby gates (indoors and outdoors), which made having our grandbaby there even better! Amazing getaway
The house and property were incredible! We had multiple families with the youngest being 12 months and the oldest 87 years and it was perfect for everyone. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house is exactly as pictured. It couldn’t have been a better vacation home! It had everything we needed to stay and cook and enjoy the home. It was also convenient to all other amenities. I will definitely come back! The sunrise over the lake is a must see!

Great for retreat and large families
A few families brought our daughters for a softball tournament, and this house was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out on different levels while still having a plenty of space to spend time together. Magnificent views! Great jacuzzi! Perfect layout. And very responsive hosts. Thank you!

Fantastic 5 star Lake House
We absolutely loved everything about this house! The view is breathtaking! The home layout and furnishings are beyond well appointed and up to date. More than Enough space and seating inside and out for our group of 10 and even would be if we had 20! Highly recommend this home.

Absolutely AMAZING stay and best VRBO property I've ever seen.
My mom and her siblings and their spouses stayed here for three nights this week for a small family reunion. They're all 70-plus. We had a family get together on the first night of their stay, with cousins coming in for a potluck, and the outdoor spaces were so perfect for a family gathering of that size. But for the actual stay, it was just the primary group of 10. First of all, the house is GORGEOUS. High-end finishes everywhere, beautiful furniture (some antiques) and absolutely stunning interior decor. It is not at all what I have come to expect from short-term rental houses. The kitchen is BY FAR the most well-equipped kitchen I've ever come across in a vacation rental -- they literally have everything you could possibly want/need stocked there. The outside spaces are just as elegant and gorgeous and so comfortable -- the quiet lapping of the lake, which is just outside the house, plus the cooling nature of the fans make it for an incredibly relaxing experience. The house is isolated and quiet. My mom and aunts and uncles had plenty of places to retire to for small group conversation, with the living room, the downstairs living area, and two full decks allowing them to spread out and not feel crowded. The owners were absolutely lovely and incredibly responsive. To sum up: this is, by far, the best experience I've ever had at either a VRBO or their competitor's property. If this is one of your choices, do not hesitate -- I can't imagine there's a better property out there.

GREAT PLACE!
Great place! Overall this place met or exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The view is great and the location worked out nice. We rented a boat/jet ski/kayak from a place not far with no problems. My favorite thing about this place was the layout especially all of the seating options (Inside/outside/upstairs/downstairs) plenty of places for anyone to relax. This place is ideal for a family or three to let the kids play and parents relax.

Second time here - love it more!
We’ve been renting lake front properties for 17 years and it just doesn’t get any better than this house. So unusual on Beaver Lake to have this beauty right on the lake with an amazing view and wonderful dock. Seven adults and nine kids all had a great beds, outside spaces are awesome, location on the lake couldn’t be better. Coming back next year for sure!

Been coming to Beaver for several years - my whole family, which needs to meet many sets of criteria since the age group ranges quite a bit - this house meets them all. Perfect location, close to marina, town, boat ramps, and house was beautiful, spacious, and comfy. We can't wait to return!

AMAZING!!!
We stayed here for a girls’ weekend and we couldn’t have asked for more perfect place to stay. Everything has been thought of to make a stay feel like you are at home. No detail is spared in providing guests with everything they need for a relaxing visit. We especially loved being able to use the dock and rented a boat for a day from Prairie Creek Marina which was a quick 5 minutes down the road. We loved sipping coffee every morning on the beautiful back porch, and playing games on the large patio table while enjoying the views of Beaver Lake. Teresa made sure we were well taken care of and made herself available if we had any questions. We were sad to leave! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven, Teresa!

A sibling reunion for the ages
We had a sibling reunion and that made for a wide variety of guests and everyone of them had a blast! The house was amazing! So much room and the views were out of this world! Kitchen was great for multiple people cooking and everyone enjoyed their rooms as well! We will definitely come back!

Perfect Family Lake House

The Perfect Place for a family reunion
Our extended family of 8 adults and 5 children needed a central place to meet and enjoy the surroundings at the same time. The Lakefront was the perfect spot! Each family had their own retreat and bathroom, and the kids had bunkbeds to call their own space! The house was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable, with several living areas to gather in. We made birthday cake, cookies and grilled out, eating every meal in this beautiful home, usually on the deck. Teresa was quickly available for every question and need, including area activities. All the moms enjoyed the wonderful laundry room. We all loved swimming and boating off the dock. The old people needed a little help with the bottom step, but still enjoyed the amenities at the shore!

Great House
Very clean, great for large families. Kitchen has about everything you need, extra Refrigerator in the garage. Easy walk to the boat dock. If you need some alone time, the lower deck is a great place to hide. Upper deck gives a great view for anyone who doesn't want to or can't go out on the boat.

WOW!!! We have been renting properties on Beaver Lake for 15 years and I can say with 100% certainty that this rental is the BEST there is at Beaver Lake!! We will definitely be back. The property owner was very attentive to any questions we had from places to eat in town to bringing us extra trash bags without us even asking. It was nice to have the kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, spices...you name it and it was there. We had 8 adults and 10 children (ages 1-16 years old) and there was more than enough room. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space for sleeping and dining. The finishes were spectacular inside and outside. The lake views are incredible! The dock was great for housing our boat, fishing, and swimming. You will not be sorry if you rent this cabin! I could go on and on about how wonderful it is, but book it and see for yourself. Looking for staying again soon!!

I’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and I have to say this was by far the very best. Clean, classically designed, well stocked, and an absolutely spectacular view and location. Would highly recommend and would go back..

Absolutely perfect family vacation
The owner Teresa is a fantastic host!!! throughout our stay she was easy to contact and quick to respond ! The lakes view from the large balcony was exquisite and the floating dock was a huge bonus for our little fisherman! The decor inside the home was stunning, and very spacious, the layout was very well planned. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and fit all of our needs. This was our first trip to Arkansas and we are defiantly planning to return next summer. Thank you Teresa for helping us create memories for a lifetime !!

UofA Graduation lake house
We chose this property for graduation weekend. We loved everything about it. The boat dock was perfect for fishing. The fireplace was wonderful for cool mornings and the family size table was the best for our graduation celebration. The owners are very helpful and responsive to all needs. The attention to detail in this house is excellent. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. The beds and bathrooms are also very nice and there are so many beds to suit every age group. We loved playing baggo and sitting on the balcony with coffee. Everything about this property was well thought out and I can not wait to return!

Amazing property!
We stayed here for a couples getaway and everything was perfect. Spotless home, every amenity you could think of, from blankets and heaters so we could enjoy the back deck (where we spent 99% of our time), to every kitchen item we needed and more. Quite possibly the most well-appointed VRBO we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Oh, and we were RIGHT on the water. Would go back in a heartbeat!
