「We loved our visit here. John and Yvonne were wonderful. The space was clean, quiet, and truly magical. The views were second to none and the castle and other buildings are truly worth experiencing. We loved learning about the history of this place and we will certainly be back.」

「Room was clean. Holes in walls. The physical plug at the desk had been pulled out of the wall partly There was no shower curtain. When i asked about breakfast, the desk person told me there would be no breakfast but they would put together a bag of items. The items consisted of vending machine items i.e...2 chockate chip muffins, rice krispie treet, cheese crakers and a small plastic bottle of Sunny D. This is not what their advertisement indicated. 「Let's briefly introduce the hotel: the room is OK, and the bathroom has been newly decorated. The only thing is that the sound insulation is not good, and you can hear the sound of the next room. It's too convenient to go out. It's located in the center of the city. Don't drive out. This is very awesome!」

「It was nice to have the option to eat breakfast at 6am. We were there for a ski race weekend. Usually we are unable to eat because it starts later but this breakfast started early enough to enjoy! We also enjoyed the 2 queen bed suite room which offered extra room with a sitting area. It allowed us room to spread out.」

There’s no way to lock the room from the inside besides the chain lock, and the one in my room was literally broken off the wall. No way control over temp in room either. I ended up finding somewhere else to stay.」

Upon arrival, the hotel was completely empty — no staff at the front desk, no note or key left for us, and no response to calls or texts. After waiting, we had no choice but to find and check ourselves into an unoccupied room. Additionally, none of the usual amenities were available: the restaurant and bar were not operating.
