“The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at……

“A well decorated chateau! As a historical heritage, the chateau is well maintained and there is a floor of common area that is decorated in the traditional French style. Basically like a museum and we managed to take many beautiful photo there. Rooms are well decorated with the classic French style. Staff is very helpful and nice, food in the restaurant is also very tasty with reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.”
