「Amazing hotel, very peaceful with a good local breakfast. A 10 minute drive to Poás Volcano.」

「The taxi ride from airport was $15.00. That was a bit shocking. I stay at Mango every year and it has always been a great experience.」

「Brand new property; very clean and well designed. Beautiful lobby with separate lounge and reading spaces, dining space, bar and outside seating. Excellent self serve buffet breakfast with wide variety of hot and cold food options and even some cook to order items (eg. eggs cooked to order). Free social on Wednesday evenings with food and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, beautiful rooms (no carpet!) with lovely mountain views, full sized fridge, and well designed bathroom....

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」

「We pay for all inclusive but that was not the case we have breakfast buffet and that’s it, the bar was not open and the pools need work but is a beautiful place if you like nature and hiking this is the place the access by car is really easy and is close to the town where you can find anything」

Under property information it states that they provide tour assistance when in reality all they provide is a car service and nothing else you have to do your homework on what’s to do in the area.We were also promised a to go breakfast but at check out there was nothing left for us. 「Our stay at this beautiful resort started well before our stay. Cindy reached out to confirm our time of arrival, provide directions and caution us on the local roads due to a rain storm that had just passed through. If that wasn’t enough, Cindy then messaged us back to confirm our lodging, advised us how to access the resort and get our selection for the next morning’s breakfast. All this occurred during our drive from Liberia to the Serenity Eco Lodge. Way above and beyond. Our accommodation...

「Berlor Inn worked well for us as our airport stay. It was close to many car rental agencies for easy pick up/drop off. The courtyard and pool was a nice little oasis after travelling. The breakfast was made fresh.」
