「Worst hotel ever! Paid 6K for deluxe room which isn’t spacious enough even for 2 people. Every member of their staff has their own version of information so it depends on your luck if you get the services at the least. And do check the amount they have invoiced you at the time of checkout as I said; nobody here is aware of anything so do yourself a favour and check each and everything they have billed you. Won’t recommend at all. 」

「Amazing Food, best service and great hospitality, all staff were polite, humble and helpful. They have couriered my jacket to my residential place which i have forgotten at the hotel.」

「Loved my short stay at the property. Everyone was warm and welcoming; and informative about the places nearby which really helped me in exploring nearby attractions. The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time. Until then, goodbye and thanks to the team for being so hospitable and for keeping us travellers warm on chilly nights with the late evening bonfires.」
