Fantastic semi-detached house in Quesada Urbanization, Rojales, Alicante, where you can enjoy a variety of leisure activities and nearby places. The house shines with cheerful tones and a contemporary style that focuses on light, creating an atmosphere of comfort and harmony. Indispensable for a few beautiful vacations with family or friends.

A place that invites you to enjoy nature, as you can spend beautiful evenings on the terrace immersed in an interesting reading, while the little ones give free rein to their imagination and play in the communal pool.

Due to its proximity to the sea, you can enjoy the beautiful beach of Guardamar, just 5 km away, walk along the edge of the sea and watch beautiful sunsets or sunbathe with your family or friends.

This accommodation offers hot water heating by using the thermal energy of the sun, as well as international TV channels via IPTV.

It has an excellent location, as all services are only 10 minutes walk and 40 minutes by car from Alicante airport.
