"The property is situated in a beautiful area. We had the beach on our own. The room was spacious and clean. The people were friendly and supportive. The restaurant was open on sunday only, but the food was great. On the other days we had to walk a few minutes to other restaurants or to a food store (also to get water). Though office and restaurant were closed most of the time, we were able to arrange a taxi to the airport and to Georgetown. However, our trip to the swimming pigs was canceled...

"It’s a beautiful nature - turquoise clear waters and beautiful views. Our villa fit our needs - it was clean, quiet, safe, with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. There was unfinished construction around that could be unsafe for little unsupervised kids, but it didn’t bother us. A lot of the island is not in a state that people from developed countries are used to. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and how nice the people from the island are. "If you know Exuma, then you know anywhere you stay is a blessing! But this home was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The set up with the two master en suites on the main floor was great and the huge porch with super nice screens to keep out any bugs was an extra awesome addition. The private little Cove beach is perfect for little kids and the huge sandbar in front of the unit at low tide is nothing short of spectacular. Our only constructive criticism is that the downstairs unit leaves a bit to be desired and is a bit moist and smelly. The owner is very attentive and really cares about your stay , so anything you need, he’s hands on and responds immed! We had a great six days day and would go back again! My overall rating is 4.5 stars!!!! "

"We had an amazing time staying at Aqua Vista! The home is super comfortable and the hosts are very attentive. We enjoyed the home so much that we had a bit of a hard time leaving to explore the island. That said, we did make it to the northern and southern most points of Exuma. This is a fantastic place to experience! If you are considering a trip here, you won’t regret this stay! We most definitely plan on coming back and staying at AquaVista!"

"The screened in outdoor kitchen is fabulous!! We used the pizza oven, flat top griddle, and grill and loved it! Another perk was there were cleaning supplies and a broom/vaccum left out for us - so nice to keep the place tidy!Super comfy beds!!Being right on the ocean was perfect for morning snorkeling/kayaking/paddleboarding. And the dock is awesome for evening sunsets.Jack was so helpful, putting us in touch with whatever we were looking for. Best host we've ever had at a VRBO!! We would stay here again 100%!!"

"Our stay was AMAZING! Stayed at one of the ocean view cottages and the room was perfect. Huge bathroom and amazing balcony with lounge style chairs to sit back and enjoy the night, stars and sounds of the ocean! The restaurant was AMAZING. The food was really good and fresh made to order. I recommend the peas and rice with lobster and shrimp dish they have! "
