The Space:

• This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families, business travelers, or groups.
• Situated in a peaceful neighborhood with privacy shades on every window, you’ll enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. Outdoor lights are on a dusk-to-dawn timer, making the home easy to find for late arrivals.
• We offer lightning-fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen.
• The home also has a large-capacity front-loading washer and dryer—perfect for longer stays. The washer has a quick wash option for when you’re in a hurry.
• Three of the four bedrooms and the living room feature streaming TVs, allowing you to easily log into your favorite shows. The TVs automatically log you out when you leave.
• Offering steep discounts for extended stays.
• You’ll be within walking distance of Rolla High School, making it ideal for families visiting for school events. Missouri S&T University, Phelps County Hospital, Fugitive Beach, and downtown Rolla—with its restaurants, shops, and more—are just minutes away. • The home is conveniently located near major routes: 110 miles from St. Louis International Airport (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes), 34 miles from Ft. Leonard Wood (approximately 45 minutes), and 120 miles from Springfield, MO (approximately 2 hours).
• Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are rarely accommodated. Please book an extra night if flexibility is needed.

• Rental agreement required for stays of 14 days or more.
• No pets are allowed to maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment.
• The base nightly rate includes up to 3 guests, with an additional charge of $15 per night for each guest beyond 3 to cover cleaning and laundry costs.
• Some guests consider the stairs to the front door steep. We also offer an additional entrance through the driveway into the basement.
• Two bedrooms and the washer/dryer are located in the basement. Please note that the steep stairs may not be suitable for everyone.
• Bluebird House is equipped with propane-powered heat and hot water to provide a cozy and efficient experience. Occasionally, you may notice a faint smell near the water heater or furnace, which is a normal part of their operation. Propane may also vent safely outside the home. If you ever have any questions or concerns, we’re just a message away.
• This is a quiet space for relaxing stays. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
