Staten Island Holidays

Location is great here. Rooms do not give that clean look I’m use to seeing in hotels. Doors in my room were dirty. Nothing a quick wipe down at cleaning couldn’t help. Carpet looked filthy was not comfortable without my shoes. Showers could have used a good scrub down. Water would back up in shower as well. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Local shop had a wide range of food and drinks available to eat in or take-away. A great hotel very close to Times Square and metro stations. We would use this hotel again!!!!!

Great front desk staff!! Other than the guy who barely acknowledged me and only took out one earbud to talk to me and seemed bother that I had inte was really great friendly and professional. Room was very comfy and spacious.

The room itself was beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. We especially loved the floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping around the entire room, which offered a stunning, panoramic view of the city. The staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the late checkout they kindly provided. Although bottled water, tea, and coffee were provided, we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. Additionally, the fridge didn’t seem to be functioning—possibly it wasn’t plugged in—which was a bit inconvenient. It didn’t impact us too much since we didn’t end up needing it, but I could see how this might be frustrating for other guests. Overall, we loved the room and would definitely book again in the future!

Perfect for NYC. Very close to midtown, theaters, and great resterant.
