Welcoming place

The family and staff at the villas were extraordinarily friendly and accomodating. It was a wonderful spot to launch from. They had a buffet with a lot of delicious options, a full bar, and a waterfront spot. They helped us open coconuts & let us use their kayaks. and

Is worth it

Folks, the place is perfect for getting away. Is 30 mintues from Georgetown, so plan for that, but access to amazing beaches is easy, and close to Exuma Water Sports as well for pig tours, etc. Overall would stay here again. Bring food and plan on having some meals made at the villa you cook yourself as some of the local dining spot's including the one offered by this host, may or may not be open. We could never really get solid answers on if the cafe on site was open or closed and getting sold answers from anyone was vague, meaning the people that run the place. I will say saying at Exuma Point Villas is a good experience, the owners make you feel comfy and like family. You will not feel like a tourist, and it makes it a real adventure. Bring bottled water, bring food snacks, etc and you will be just fine!!!
