They had been extremely busy the night before so checking in at 2 pm was a bit delayed but the manager was definitely on top of things. "Shuttle to airport runs all night long every 15 minutes, that’s convenient for that 6 am flight out of Rome. Staff had a boxed breakfast made up for us when we left at 3 am. Would stay here again."

"Room was clean with good amenities and a comfortable bed. Staff in the restaurant were lovely and friendly as were the check in staff. I do think that you should be able to access free WiFi in your room, that’s a pretty basic service and expectation these days"

"Staffs are very friendly and considerate, I arrived from a 16 hours flight at 11:00am and they checked me in a room at twelve. I had a four hour nap. Around 4pm I walked a few steps and there is a big shopping mall with plenty of cloths stores, fast food and supermarket. Location is excellent."
