Beautiful apartment as shown in the pictures - great for us as 3 adults. It has everything you need and is well located for campo di fiori shops and restaurants as well as Trastavere just over the river. Very cosy apartment and comfortable beds. Host was very helpful and responsive to requests. Would highly recommend.

The location was great. Very Central to all of the main areas we wanted to see. It was very close to a market and a farmers market and a gelato place and a square that has a lot of different restaurants for dinner time. The air conditioner was really good. Kept the whole place cold during the hot month that we were there and it was just all around a great place. And the host was very accommodating and was quick to respond.

This large apartment is centrally located. Federico was available for my every question. The photos are accurate. The main room and larger bedroom have air conditioning. The smaller back bedroom did not. I would stay there again.

Via Guilia is a wonderful street and the apartment is very close to the Farenese Palace and walking distance from most special sites. Back bedroom very quiet and front bedroom gets street noise. We found the apartment had everything we needed for our 6 night stay.

This was a wonderful property. The location was central to our desired destinations, pick up spot was easy for Uber, property was managed well with quick response from the agent, photographs were accurate, and the space was well appointed and clean.
The downside was a tremendous amount of late night road noise. While this was described in other reviews, it was more substantial than I imagined. It sits on a very busy road which is a major thoroughfare with police and ambulance as well as a little drag racing late at night. Rest was very difficult even with a loud SleepFan.

We spent three nights in this wonderful apartment that was excellently located near the Ponte Sisto. Great assortment of restaurants across the bridge and there's a grocery store conveniently located around the corner as well. The check-in process was very easy, Federico was extremely communicative, accessible and helpful. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine (which was adorable) and the apartment itself is very spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large dining room/living room combo and a kitchen with included espresso pods. There is also an elevator available for ease of use to getting to the third floor apartment. Would absolutely stay here again!
Also please be advised that you may have to provide your passports ahead of time so you can easily self check-in but that's simply part of the process (especially in Italy) so no cause for concern.

It is a nice place for a holiday, in a beautiful city. The flat is perfect for 2 and also for four, as the rooms are well separated from each other. The location is very perfect. One room gets some noise from the street, the other to the garden is quiet. We enjoyed our days. Everything is available that is brought. Check in is perfect, key look, no waiting. The owner is extremely friendly, quick to answer questions and give info where to put suitcases if needed on departure day. It worked perfectly. Thanks for this tip! You can also book a good service to the airport there. Everything was very professional. We are looking forward to our next trip to Rome. Thank you!

We were pretty happy with this apartment overall. Location was nice being a block off the Trastavere to Campo dei Fiori route (handy, but a bit quieter than being in the middle of things). The apartment is in decent shape, though some bits were a little quirky. Not as spacious feeling as the size might indicate, as the space was chopped with a bunch of hallways, but still quite nice for 3-4 people. The elevator was nice to have, though the manual doors take a little getting used to. Air conditioning is only in the front two rooms; the back bedroom opened on the Spada palace garden, though, so pretty quiet if you had the window open.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you could take the space and knock down some walls and remodel to modern standard, it would be great (but probably rent for twice as much).

Although we had a bit of trouble getting into the place (we were overtired from travel), we found the apartment to be a great place! So well done! Very comfortable and convenient to everything. We settled in quickly and found a great coffee place very close by as well as gelato places and a supermarket. We found ourselves walking to many places. Ponte Sisti was in front of the place and Travestere was across the bridge. We really enjoyed our time at this apartment.

Great location! More than enough room.
However- air conditioning doesn’t reach the back bedroom so if you go in the summer consider that.
Very clean
