Though I never met the staff in person, but online customer service replied promptly and helpful. The room was clean and comfort. A few points can be improved 1. The WiFi was unstable and often disconnect. 2. The bath water temperature was unstable and running out of hot water before I finished my bath. 3. Thick stain inside the electric water kettle. I think it may cause by the mineral of the water but should be better to clean it.

Very good staff!

The hotel location is close to the Train Termini with 5min walk. Also the staff is very nice and helpful, and I am deeply thankful that they send me back the souvenir that I left in the hotel room.

A hospedagem em si é razoável, a cama de casal tem uma fresta no meio, me parece ser duas camas que foram ajuntadas. Se for no inverno, se prepare para tomar banhos rápidos, a água quente do chuveiro acaba rapidamente e só retorna no dia seguinte, minha namorada estava lavando o cabelo no banho quando a água quente acabou, teve de terminar o banho em água completamente gelada. O aquecimento do quarto não funciona bem, o ar fica em um local que sopra para a parede o que faz não esquentar praticamente nada o quarto. O elevador dá medo, uma estrutura bem velha, cabe duas pessoas apertadas, faz uns estralos quando sobe ou desce. A localização em si é boa, próxima de alguns pontos turísticos e de Termini.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located, I loved the room. However, we had a small issue. We left our dirty clothes in a plastic bag on the floor next to the table and chair, along with a paper bag meant to store souvenirs we planned to buy. We left the hotel to explore the city, but when we returned, the bags were gone. We were told that no one had taken them, but we searched thoroughly, and they weren’t there. We suggested that maybe there was a misunderstanding and the bags were mistaken for trash and thrown away. However, if they weren’t in the trash, nothing else should have been removed from the room. We were told no, and even that our clothes were “lost,” as if we were lying. But these items were part of our luggage, and we had no reason to lie. We didn’t get any real answers, just that the cleaning staff doesn’t take anything from the rooms. I’m not saying this was done on purpose; the truth is that the clothes aren’t valuable to anyone but us. I believe it was just a misunderstanding. What’s upsetting is the attitude we encountered. They just denied everything and said it wasn’t them, but the fact is that neither of the bags was in the room. So, did someone else enter the room, or did they just disappear? Until the very end, on the last night, they told us, “We have no solution for this.The cleaning staff searched through the trash, but perhaps by mistake, the bag was thrown away” I suggest taking a photo or video of the room before leaving to have a backup.

Good straightforward accommodation

Good little place near to Termini Rail station with a good few restaurants only a few minutes away. Accommodatiom is straightforward, clean and functional and the staff are very hrlpful. Easy to get to main attractions either on foot or on public transport via Termini.

Overall this location was perfect for us as Florence is small and walkable. The room was fine but there was some interesting marks on the wall that in the daylight looked like blood, as though people had killed the mosquitoes that were in the room and the remainders were left on the wall. The bathroom also had a horrendous sewage like smell when we checked in and I did make note of it via Expedia, and I think they dealt with it while we were out the next day as it was better when we returned. I was not communicated with about it, so it could have also just gone away from us leaving the window open. So not sure if there was an issue or what. Would still recommend for the location, price and free breakfast if you're there for a short stay like we were.

Excelente opção econômica e muito bem localizada.

Deu tudo certo no check in, as instruções para entrada foram enviadas com antecedência. Localização excelente, perto do terminal de trem, do ônibus hop on hop off, vários restaurantes e lojinhas ao redor. Possibilidade de café da manhã italiano muito gostoso por apenas 4 euros! Nosso único problema foi que alguém ficou tocando a campainha tarde da noite e como não tem funcionário à noite, não tinha ninguém pra atender e não conseguia dormir com o barulho insistente. Enfim, achei o local ótimo, voltaria e recomendaria com certeza.

Dusche: defekt und verstopft. Alle Abflüsse stinken. Rezeptionistin: spricht nur italienisch. Beschilderung innerhalb des Gebäudes: irreführend. Daher gestaltet sich die Suche nach dem Zimmer mit Gepäck und voller Blase wie eine "Schatzsuche". Gegend: sehr laut. Auch innerhalb der Wohneinheit. Kommt nachts jemand mit dem Code herein, wachen alle auf. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!

La ubicación es excelente. A 300 metros del arco del triunfo. Pero no era lo publicado en las fotos. Habia que subir 6 pisos por una escalera pequeñisima, incomoda , sucia y deteriorada. La habitacion le faltaba sabanas, articulos basicos de limpieza.
