Det var en rengøringsdame som gav os nøglen, og vi så aldrig andre ansatte i alle 5 dage. Det var inkl morgenmad. Da vi fik værelset lå der to visitkort, som vi fandt ud af galt til en kop kaffe og en croissant på en nærliggende cafe. De to næste dage var der lagt morgenmad på vores værelse, og de to sidste dage måtte vi ringe og sige at de havde glemt det. Der stod at der ville kaffe og te på fællesarealerne, men det var der ikke, det måtte vi selv købe på en cafe. Der var ingen fællesarealer.

No one at home

The owners forgot that I was staying. There was no one at the address. I was buzzing the intercom and phoning the number and getting no response. In the end contact was made with Hotels.com and they assisted but I lost 2/3 hours from first buzzing the intercom, taking a walk, coming back, worrying more and more and finally the arrival of someone to let me in. This would put anyone off pre-booking accommodation!! The experience was very frustrating (I had paid in advance) and worrying. This B and B is poor value for money. The AC didn't work. The bathroom is tiny and cluttered. The shower door didn't close. The bathroom needs a total upgrade. The bedroom was airless. The bed was comfortable however and it was generally quiet (I am a light sleeper). I will never return to this place

Ok B&B with nice staff.

Hard to find the B &B, there are no signs outside. You have to call 24hours before you arrive to ensure there is staff on location. When staff arrived they were very nice. There were no breakfast buffé. The breakfast was coffee and a croissant at a bar nextdoor. We did not get any information that the bar was closed sundays and that we needed a voucher to go to annother bar to get our breakfast. There were no daily cleaning of the room. We needed to call the staff to come and check us out. Again staff was very friendly. We did not sleep one night due to other guest being very loud. Room was nice and big with a tidy bathroom. Not many toiletteries, just handsoap and intimate wash .

I do not recommend staying here at all. First of all, it is nothing like a hotel so if that is what you are envisioning, you will be disappointed. When we arrived, the lady waiting to check us in was DRUNK. She was trying to explain things to us but could barely walk and was slurring her words. Extremely unprofessional. The AC in the room wasn't working and it started leaking dirty water so we had a pool of water covering our floor that ruined some of my belongings. Also, the fruit they left in our room was moldy. Overall, we hated staying here and basically dreaded returning to the room every night. I was up all night sweating and I was unable to sleep because it was so hot. The tiny window did nothing to help. It is not like a hotel and more like a really really bad Airbnb. I recommend not booking here and instead searching for a cheaper and probably nicer Airbnb in the area.

There was a problem with my room but they had fixed it before I arrived and they gave me even a bettter room, it was great. Very responsible and extremelly nice!
