"The staff very very responsive, polite, and friendly. The place provides a great value, but it's about a 25 minute walk from the Rome train station. The rooms are very new and very clean. "Staff was extremely helpful as they explained transportation options for us to plan our own tours and experiences around the city. They even helped us plan the trip to Pisa on the train.
