Shower didn’t drain well. And the AC didn’t work well. The beds were extremely firm and we only had one pillow each.

Nice & clean, friendly staff, convenient location

This B&B is only 10 minutes walking distance away from Termini, and it’s very convenient. The room is awesome; it is nicely decorated and clean. The staff was wonderful. She gave us a welcome drink and a map when we checked in. She also prepared breakfast for us every day. This place met all my expectations and I am highly recommended this place.

Very convenient location

10 minutes walk to Termini (train station) and 5 minutes walk to Republica Metro. You must make arrangements prior to arrival. Staff very nice and helpful. Very healthy breakfast with coffee and juice. Room is big and nice. Bathroom size OK with shower cabin, no problem with hot water and pressure. Highly recommended. Very good WiFi connection.

Perfect place for your stay in Rome

The location is perfect to access to sightseeing spots. Surrounding is quiet and safe. Very comfortable BB. Julia and her assistant were very supportive when i had problem. I definitely would like to come back to stay at BBQueen.

Wonderful stay, very clean

BBQueen was perfect for my 8 year old daughter and I. Julia was very helpful and accommodated our late arrival. You will be given keys to the property to come and go as you please. Someone is there in the mornings to serve breakfast and clean the rooms. The rooms are extremely clean and much larger than expected. Often time, rooms are very small in the city. And they have GREAT AIR CONDITIONING! The rooms are off of the main street so they are very quiet as well. The neighborhood can seem a bit run-down at night and some may be uneasy walking alone, but we are used to this atmosphere in large cities, so we stayed aware of our surroundings and had no problems at all. The distance to Termini train station was ideal. We could walk there in 5 minutes. I would definitely stay again.

Bra b&b hotell med litt mye støy utenfor

Kun tre rom og en jente som serverte frokosten hver dag. Intimt kjøkken med tre tomannsbord. Inngang fra bakgård som virket litt slumpreget og dårlig vedmlikeholdt. Marked i hele gaten utenfor som startet kl 06:00 hver dag. Mye støy fra vogner og traller som brukes for opprigging til markedet. Noe ble lagret i hotellets i inngangsparti og rett utenfor hotellrommene. Julia var vennlig og serviceinnstilt. Ordnet transport for 4 til flyplassen for kr 60 euro. Aircondition på rommet fungerte meget bra.

Comfortable and Convenient Place

It is so good to stay in Julia's place. It is very closed to Metro and bus stop. The location is just between two stations for both Line A and B. There are many good review restaurants near by. Julia and her assistant are nice and friendly. If I go to Rome again, BBQueen is still my first choice. 非常安靜又舒適的地方. 離地鐵及公車站都很近. 強力推薦!.

部屋は綺麗だが従業員の教育に問題あり

ローマでの滞在時に3泊しました。部屋はとても綺麗です。掃除もきちんとしていただけました。ただ、ここはホテルなのか？という疑問が残ります。常にフロントに人が居る状態の当たり前のホテルではありません。事前にメールでチェックイン時間の連絡をしましたが、オーナーがメールのチェックをしたのが私たちの到着時間の1時間後であったため、無事部屋にチェックインするまでに2時間かかりました。（私は海外で使用できる携帯を持っていないため、公衆電話から連絡をしたりネットカフェからメールを送るなどの手間がかかったため、このような面倒な自体になりましたが、連絡が取れる携帯などを持っていけばこのあたりは回避できるかもしれません）外見は普通のアパート。アパート敷地内へ入るためのゲートは鍵が無いと入れません。そのためオーナーが事前に開けておいてくれないと前の路上で立ち往生する羽目になります。（私はこの状態でした）部屋は写真の通りとても綺麗です。シャワーなどの設備も問題なく使えました。オーナーはとてもフレンドリーで良い方ですが、朝食の用意、部屋の掃除をする従業員の女性の対応はホテルで働くレベルとは思えません。チェックアウトの前日に翌日のチェックアウト時間を聞かれたため10時と伝えたのですが、当日の朝、次のゲストが早く到着するため9時半に出て欲しいと言われました。（後で確認したところ、このホテルのチェックアウト時間は10時半でした）抗議して少し遅い時間にチェックアウトしましたが、こちらの従業員の対応でホテルでの滞在がとても不満足なものになりました。

Great location, great staff

The BBQueen is centrally located about 5 minutes’ walk to Termini and the Roman Baths. The room was comfortable and spacious, but the best part about this was staff. Julia, the manager, was very nice and welcoming on the first day. The following day she gave me a map and recommended best places to visit and how to get around. On our 4th day we had planned to take a day trip to Tuscany, and in our way to meeting point we got robbed! The crook took my husband wallet with all of our money and credit cards! We filed a police report and called Julia to notify. She got to the hotel and offered her phone to call credit card companies, gave us info to USA embassy and lend us $100 euros, also arranged with restaurant next door to let us order and pay later. She was super compassionate. We needed to check out the following day and we still haven’t received credit card replacement or money that was wired from home, but needed to catch our train to Naples at 10:00 am. She let us go! I promised to call her with credit card info next day (which I obviously did) but the point is that she trusted me, a complete stranger! She was sweet, understanding and compassionate. I will always remember this since those values are rarely found!

Great location, staff, everything

I stayed at BBQueen for 8 nights, and I am so happy that I found this hotel. It is close to both the Termini and the Repulica metro station, and there are a lot of convenient stores in the area and also a laundromat. The rooms are very clean and perfect for 1-2 people. Aveh and Julia are both super nice and friendly. They made me feel welcomed to Rome. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Rome.

아침은 먹을만 하였고, 마지막 날 짐도 맡아 주는 등 대체로 좋았다. 반 지하의 약점은 있으나 떼르미니역에서 걸어갈수 있는 거리였으며, 안전에 큰 문제는 없어 보였다.

Ce séjour de 5 jours en total immersion dans la cité Romaine a été formidable nous avons découvert les monuments et quartiers de ROME principalement à pied; ROME est à découvrir de cette façon pour profiter pleinement des petites rues et quartiers pittoresques de la ville. Vatican, chapelle Sixtine, Basilique St Pierre, Colisée, Villa Medici et son parc, longer le fleuve TEVERE, quartier Trastevere, le magnifique palais Vittorio Emmanuel 2, et j'en passe, bref un souvenir inoubliable.

This was a comfortable B&B only 5 minutes from the train station. Julia also provided references for places to visit, and restaurants within walking distance. Our lovely young lady served us a great breakfast.
