We found this B&B at the very last minute, booked it and arrived 20 minutes later. The host, Perla, was very accommodating and kind and got us situated in the room right away, even if it was late at night. The place was beautiful with a delicious breakfast and excellent vibes.

So pleased with the choice I made for my parents. Perla and Riccardo were so accommodating to help my elderly parents make sure they find parking, as you know any where in Rome or Italy parking is difficult but they were so responsive to support. The room and location was beautiful centred right inside of the heart of location. Thank you for a perfect place to stay over before their last night in Rome before returning back home.

The place is magical. We loved, we didn’t wanted to eat in the restaurants, we just order to go and ate in that beautiful terrace. The lights, the flowers, the sea, it’s just perfect. Staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and they prepared us cappuccinos and fresh made cornettos. I can’t imagine a more beautiful place to stay. Everyone needs this romantic experience.

The place is wonderful, and we had a great stay. Riccardo took great care of us every single morning with a delicious breakfast. The terrace is amazing, so spacious, and plenty of seating. Our room was great despite the bathroom being down the hall. Nights are vibrant with the restaurants below, which was really nice to see. The beach is just a few steps away. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you, Perla and Riccardo.

Always important to me is cleanliness. This darling place was immaculate. Linens were fresh & plentiful. Great a/c in the hot months of Rome. The most wonderful terrace! Although ur in Italy, u think you have stepped into a place in Provence, the southern region of France, with the furnishings. And to top it off, the staff was amazing!! Extremely helpful with guiding me to the property & quick responses to questions. They out-did themselves with the breakfast assortment. Good location, lots of restaurants & not too far from the airport (€35). I recommend.

You will never regret staying here! Such a cutely decorated room with the best location ever! Pearla and Ricardo are amazing people and such wonderful helpful hosts! There is a huge beautifully decorated balcony which is the perfect spot for the amazing morning breakfast they provided! In the evenings the twinkle lights and many quaint items make sitting there ending your day off with a glass of wine so relaxing, We just loved watching all the people below on the pedestrian street amidst the many, many outdoor restaurants. So close to the sandy beach, half bloc away, you can even see a bit of the sea from the deck,,,, many different places with options for renting a lounge chair and umbrella along the beach! There are 3 suites available with the shared kitchen and deck We look forward to hopefully returning one day Sherry and Gord from Canada June 2026

We loved our stay! At the last minute, we decided to leave the Rome city center to get to the sea, before our flight the next morning. Our hosts made it happen, even though we were checking in at 10 pm. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable, and the location was a lot of fun on a Friday night with a great atmosphere and buzz about the shopping area! We went to the pier and looked out over the sea! Checkout went well, and we reccomend getting their breakfast buffet. It was served on the terrace and the hosts are so kind and wonderful, truly accomodating your needs! We highly reccomend!
