Everything is perfect. Maria arrange car pick us from airport during the strike, and waited for us when we arrived. The place is spacious and clean and modern. Everything works smoothly. Location is also great. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Room was clean and I really enjoyed the shampoo and body wash. I liked it that I had an espresso maker in my room, it was nice in the morning to get a cup or two of espresso. I traveled solo, and I felt safe there. I would highly recommend it. Grazie!!!

Great location and base for exploring anywhere in Rome, good transport links and easy to walk literally anywhere. The property is very clean, comfortable and well kept. Only draw back, the lack of a 24hr reception or failing that, a key safe option means an extra £30 cost..

This is really cute, small place. The cookies, coffee, and tea available all day in the breakfast nook were a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My only small complaint is that the shower was a bit awkward, with the rain shower head strangely placed. Other than that, everything was as advertised (the pictures are accurate!) At first, I wasn't sure I'd like the location, but it turned out to be really nice (and away from the hordes of tourists that swarm Rome, even in the off season!) There is a pretty plaza nearby and places to eat, and it's easy to walk to a variety of popular attractions.

We LOVED our stay here. Was perfect for us. We did a long weekend and the room was in the courtyard and the AC was fantastic after a long day of walking in the heat! The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure and the bathrooms are big!! Not your typical European room which we really loved. A bit more comfort!

Thank you for a wonderful stay Maria! We booked a family room, which was large, clean and comfortable with a great shower. Perfect location, we prefer to be just outside the busy areas, and the guesthouse was within easy walk to the sights, shops and restaurants of the city. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

A lovely friendly place to stay

A lovely hotel, family run, very helpful and friendly, nothing too much bother. Good location away from the busy centre but close enough to walk to the centre taking in some of the lovely restaurants and bars on the way.
