Wonderful house

I absolutely recommend this bed and breakfast, the cottage is very nice and the owner helpful and nice. We spent just three nights here before our flight from Ciampino, next time we for sure return to stay longer. Thanks a lot Alessandro

Great Job !!

Amazing place to stay. We enjoy all the green that sourround the cottage with the bbq and the outdoor furnitures, We loved taste wine and see the stunning panorama. It easy to get Rome with the train from frascati and the wonderful countriesmof tivoli, nemi and subiaco.

Non ci è mai capitato di dormire in un b&b così bello. È tutto molto curato: dal giardino all'arredamento interno alla pulizia. La sera ci mettevamo sotto l'ombrellone al fresco, ci cucinavamo la cena ed ammiravamo il fantastico panorama sorseggiando un vino della zona. Complimenti vivissimi

The house is perfectly located if you want to discover rome and the nearby countries for a few days with family, the pictures do not do justice for it. The host is very helpful and always interested to your needs. The cottage is part of a wonderful estate and our sons enjoyed it so much playing basketball, football and with the tender cat.

Stunning house

My wife and I have spent an unforgergettable stay in Grottaferrata between greenery and good restaurants. The apartment is completely stocked with furnitures that still smell as new. The bedroom is very romantic and rich of beatiful details, outside an amazing view and a lot of space to relax.
