Jeric the manager is the best. Extremely proactive with communication, providing all necessary information in a succinct manner making the check-in process easy and straightforward. The room and facilities were super clean and modern. Location is also excellent - situated in a quiet area, and very close to the dead center.

Odd but convenient

This site the location of a one night stay in Rome prior to heading to the airport. Prati neighborhood is convenient to many of Rome's highlights. Clementi is located on a quiet one-way street and river, attractions, numerous restaurants and shopping are all close at hand. Staff was very good with outreach to confirm stay and arrival time, and gave a good brief upon arrival. Room is small and uniquely organized - the shower is in a corner of the bedroom; a toilet and sink are in a closet-sized room. No overnight staffing and no breakfast included. Convenient to bus and taxi stands - 2 block walks - for efficient travel to FCO. Keys provided for main door, code for interior entrance, key for room.

Loved the neighbourhood and the location. The room was lovely but we were not overly fond of the glass shower right in thevrooom. The proprietor was incredibly helpful... provided list of restaurants, booked our taxi to airport and provided other information.

The gentleman that checked us in was beyond kind. We loved him. He took his time to give us a map of the city and explain how to get transportation and where we were located. Aside form this, the rooms were stunning. Water did leak out of one of the showers- and we were only given a small amount of towels which made that a little challenging. Aside from this, it was a wonderful experience.

Our room at Clemente Portrait was pristine! check in was easy and the management were super helpful allowing us to leave our luggage because we arrived early. We had just returned from a 11 day cruise and had far too many bags! The building is residential, with a small internal elevator to get up to the first floor! It had a small Balcony with full length glass doors which we were able to leave open to sleep! It is very quiet and safe! There is a glass shower enclosure in the actual bedroom, but we did not find this a problem! The Bathroom is compact and could use a few shelves to put toiletries on, but is super clean and modern! The room is small but has everything you need for a short stay in Rome, including a coffee maker a tea kettle, and a mini fridge. The property is ideally situated, close to the river and all the bridges to the areas we wanted to see! We walked everywhere! There is a coffee shop just around the corner and a family restaurant opposite! The manager provided room service on our second day and we came home to a beautifully presented room, with everything put away! Such a treat after a long day on our feet!

Die Zimmer sind in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, in der es für römische Verhältnisse sehr ruhig ist. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sensationell ordentlich geputzt und der junge Mann, der täglich vor Ort war, war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man ist schnell im Zentrum und kann in der näheren Umgebung an vielen Orten entspannt Frühstücken. Für den Preis so zentral wirklich ein tolles Zimmer!

I paid in advance for an 11 night stay. I left after one night and went to another hotel. The room I was assigned was right next to the office entrance to the guest home. Everytime some comes in or leaves you can hear this clearly in my assigned room. Despite the rooms being advertised as soundproof this one certainly was not. This alone would justify leaving. However, another "feature" is you cannot get cell phone service inside of the guest house. Not mentioned in any of their advertisments. There is free WiFi and if you use Whatsapp you can make a fake phone call but not a real one. Despite asking the owners would not give me any sort of rebate other than the refunded the 31 euro city tax I had paid when I arrived. Beware!

Perfect stay in the heart of Rome

I have stayed at ‘luxury’ hotels all around the world and this is one of the best I have experienced. Everything was perfect. Location: The location is perfect – you are right in the middle of the main attractions within a 25 minute walk of The Trevi fountain, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Colosseum etc. Also close to the underground but we didn’t need to use it. Loads of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. Room : Such a gorgeous room. Modern, spacious and the building is beautiful. It also has a big desk which was great for us as we were doing work as well as holidaying. Love the balcony as well – a very romantic setting. Wardrobe is big and spacious, has a free safe and storage room. Has a kettle, a coffee maker and mini bar as well which are a big plus point. Bathroom: Again, spacious and modern with a lovely shower and very clean and well appointed with shower gels and shampoos etc. Water pressure on the low side but certainly good enough and not the fault of the hotel. Service: Luca is wonderful - very helpful and can’t do enough for you. Although not always at the property he is easily contactable by WhatsApp and was able to help us book taxis, gave advice and recommendations and helped us find where to book covid tests. The cleaner is magnificent, and the room is cleaned every day. It is all beautifully clean and tidy every day. Food: No facilities on site but plenty of fabulous restaurants and cafés very close by. Value: outstanding.

Good location. Close to many restaurants and points of interest. Luca was waiting for us outside to check in. The room is meticulously clean everyday. Also, if you need a covid test in order to go back home, there is a pharmacy close by where you can get a rapid test for 22 euros. Cons: very weak water pressure, but maybe that's a common thing in Rome.
