Room was beautiful and well kept, staff were helpful with any questions and requesting of taxi that we had. Only downside was the bathtub faucet in the bathroom was either blocked or malfunctioning, as when we went to turn it on during multiple attempts to use the tub, it shot the water straight out past the tub and onto the floor, so unable to use the tub.

The hotel is within walking distance of many major attractions, including the Trevi fountain in the pantheon. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean, and everyone was very helpful. We had purchased the breakfast option, which was well worth it. They had a good selection of danishes, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, and a person to make coffee.

Pros: excellent location, friendly & helpful staff, early luggage drop off. Cons: dated & poorly appointed rooms, absolutely terrible & very uncomfortable mattress & pillows. Overall decent value for the money. Close to the Trevi fountain & walking distance to most major attractions. Continental breakfast was nice. Staff was very helpful with maps & information. The 2 rooms we stayed in need a major refresh. Very little surface space to place your items in the bedroom and bathroom. Mattress was hard as a rock and pillows were the same.

I enjoyed my stay here! The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the main areas and attractions, which made exploring very convenient. The hotel doesn’t have a lot of extra amenities, but it had all the basic necessities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would recommend it!

This hotel was amazing!!! Incredible location, minutes from the Trevi fountain! The room was very spacious and I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful tub. A hot bath was just what we needed after a day of touring coliseum and the Vatican. The hotel staff recommended Tonnarella restaurant, which was just around the corner and outstanding. I felt like we got an incredible value for our money. I would stay here again and again.
