Excellent communication made the check in process seamless. Cannot beat the view and proximity to tourist sites. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurants downstairs are very convenient.

The host was amazing. She was so helpful, and super kind. The bed was so comfortable compared to some other in Rome. The location was amazing!! Right outside the main attraction then a very short walk to other areas of Rome. Would 100% stay here again.

AMAZING!!! This is not the Ritz Carlton by any means but it has location!! Friendly and helpful staff and amazing views. Room was quaint but clean and the air conditioning worked well. We included our breakfast and was pleasantly surprised.

The property was a beautiful old building, well maintained. The rooms that are The Colesseo Panoramic Rooms are 4 -B&B rooms. Ours was a courtyard view room that was clean and very comfortable. The owner/manager is Laura and she is amazing. Attention to detail is her specialty. Anything we needed, any questions we had, she was there with an answer. The location can't bse beat. Definitely a winner!

Perfect location. The colosseum is literally across the street! ( You can see it from your room ). Great communication from the host host. They provided us with excellent instructions and videos on accessing the building and the room. Our Taxi was able to find it easily as well. Great experience. Highly recommend!

My bed was very very comfortable. The location cannot be beat. Instructions were great. AC was on when I walked in and that was very comfortable. The shower was very small and a bit run down. Impossible to sleep in past 7am as other travelers were talking in the area outside everyone's doors. Stay for the location, but this isn't quite the 4 star hotel I was expecting.

I never write reviews, but this hotel must be shared. The hotel and location were unbelievably breathtaking. I can’t say enough about The host, Laura, she made us feel at home immediately, she was extremely helpful and provided every detail, definitely an over the top A+ experience. If you want to stay within arms reach of the colosseum, this is definitely the place. Without a doubt the only hotel I will ever stay at when in Rome.

We stayed in The Panoramic View room and had an incredible view of the Colosseum, the room was clean and had a nice big bathroom. Location was incredible and Laura was spectacular. Her attention to detail prior to arrival was great, she was helpful throughout our stay and always available. Would highly recommend this room!!

This location was amazing. Across the street from the Colosseum so great views without the crowds. Laura was so helpful with directions to the building from the metro station and to all the top spots to see. Great restaurant suggestions too. Will definitely stay here again

The location can’t be beat!!!! Right across the street from the Colosseum and a short walk to the Roman Forum! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby! What stood out for us was Laura, she was so helpful even before we arrived. She gave us so much information on sights to see. She was so friendly and we would definitely stay here again in hopes that Laura was still on staff!!!
