This vas very acceptable place to stay in centre of the tourist area. Not giving much service but the proprietor was very kind and assisting where needed.

Patricia was amazing. She went above and beyond anybody's wildest dreams or demands, she was happy to help any. Way that she can, she runs a very beautiful, beautiful hotel. It was a pleasure to stay under her roof air super should not be done

Great location, everything you need within a 5 minute walk. Rooms are very clean with everything inside of them. Patrizia the owner is a great host and helps with whatever you need.

Walking distance to the Coliseum which was great. The restaurants in the area are tourist traps for the most part and the area is loaded with scammers. As for the room it was a good spot to sleep. There was mould in the bathroom and on a pillowcase and there wasn’t any access to wifi but other than that the room was great. Staff were very knowledgeable and kind and quick to answer requests. It’s an easy spot for taxis to pick you up and a 15 minute walk from the subway. Overall good experience!

Host is very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent next to the Colosseum and many restaurants. It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioner and fan were not enough to keep the place cool sadly. Internet was slow. Overall, a good place to stay maybe not in a heat wave.

Location was perfect for visiting Rome. The cleanliness of the room needs a lot of attention. Bed was very comfortable, but no working air conditioner. Standing fan was available.

Pleasant stay near Colosseum

We had a pleasant stay. There was however a lack of natural light but window can be opened, giving a view at street level. Not in the room during the day so not really a problem. Room was cleaned each day and there is a decent shower. Welcome drink provided in mini fridge which was a nice touch. Host made us welcome and answered any questions we had.

It was a good option, but it was a Bed with no Breakfast and they were announced as Hotel. Clean service was not available on Sunday and they don’t change towels frequently.

The host was very nice, and easy to check in with. She also coordinated transportation to and from Airport, very nice of her. The actual place is very small, and the furniture is very old, the TV service was nonexistent, the room safe did not work. No place to secure valuables. The location was ideal, easy walking distance to a lot of attractions, the Colosseum a few minutes walk from unit. Also paid an additional charge of 48.50 euros so called tax, but the payment had to be in cash only. The bed had two mattress and one was higher than the other one

Fint værelse med et lille køleskab også. Rent og pænt ved ankomst. Dog meget dårligt vandtryk i haner og derfor svært at bade. Ingen kontakt til personale undervejs og måtte selv finde fx toilet papir.

EL hotel tiene buena ubicación a 5 minuto del coliseo, habitación y baño amplio no da par más comentarios. En relación al chico q nos recibió, fue muy desagradable, Nos cobro una multa en el checkin porque supuestamente llegamos atrasados, siendo q llegamos 2 horas antes del tiempo límite. Fue prepotente y mal educado, de haber tenido otro hotel en vista, no me hubiese hospedado ahi. No lo recomiendo.

The guesthouse was in a brilliant location. Very close to the main attractions all walking distance. Property is clean and check in was all easy. Good restaurants all within walking distance from the property. Very reasonable too.

Generally disappointing. Air conditioning was broken. Hot water was scarce and inconsistent. Loud street with lots of traffic and trucks unloading
