Cozy little apartment near San Giovanni

Located on the 1st floor in an elegant building, SL City Apartment has been recently renovated and furnished from scratch. It is a stone's throw from metro A Furio Camillo and 1.2 km from Tuscolana station, which, in a few stops, will take you to Fiumicino airport, passing through Roma Trastevere and Villa Bonelli.
Nearby you will appreciate the park of Villa Lazzaroni, which hosts an interesting open-air cinema during the summer season, the Appia Antica park and the Acquedotti park.
Enjoy an apartment a few kilometers from the center but located in a quiet location but with numerous services, bars, restaurants, a variety of stores and even a shopping center.
Consisting of a comfortable double bedroom equipped with a bed with orthopedic mattress on which rests a very comfortable topper recently purchased and a sofa bed that, if necessary, turns into a practical single bed, a fully equipped kitchen ( kettle, coffee maker/milk, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave) and a bathroom also recently renovated in which, waiting for you, you will find a welcome kit.
The apartment is equipped with a smart TV, a wall mirror, air conditioning and independent heating.
Possibility of parking in the streets around the apartment or in the covered parking lot a stone's throw from the building (all for a fee).
N.B. Please note that according to the Decree No. 44 of 24/07/2014 of Roma Capitale, there is a contribution of stay to the City of Rome of 6 euros per night per guest. Children up to 10 years of age, those who come to Rome for health reasons and the nights after the first 10 are exempt from the payment. The guest must pay the contribution in cash to the host who in turn will pay it to the City of Rome.

Wonderful house in great location

Wonderful house! Very close and easy walk from a train station, super easy and cheap to use the subway and takes you everywhere in Rome, so there was no need for expensive Ubers or taxis. Roberta was an excellent host, very quick to reply to messages, spoke great English, and had a lot of valuable tips and tricks to share about the area and even Naples, where we were headed afterwards.
