1 Living Room with sofa, smart TV, dining table for 10, and kitchen;
3 Bathrooms with showers;
1 Balcony (in bedroom No. 1).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift (4 steps to access) and overlooks the historic Via Crescenzio.
The bedrooms, equipped with comfortable mattresses and quality linens, ensure total privacy and a restful sleep. The bright living room is perfect for convivial dinners and relaxing moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
The three bathrooms combine aesthetics and comfort, featuring large showers and courtesy kits. The second bathroom is en-suite in bedroom No. 2.

The Prati district in Rome is an elegant residential area, known for its tree-lined streets, luxury shops, and historic cafes. Located near the Vatican-St.Peter area, it offers a perfect combination of tranquility and vibrancy, with numerous restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Ideal for suggestive walks along the Tiber and for exploring some of Rome\'s most iconic landmarks.
The Lepanto Metro station (Line A) is a 8-minute walk away (800 meters from the apartment) and provides quick connection to the historic center of the Eternal City.

- Lucilla Apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building with an elevator.
- Please note that our guests need to climb 4 steps before reaching the elevator.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can ensure an efficient check-in.
- It is necessary to provide the identity documents before arrival.
- It is forbidden to organise parties/events inside the rooms. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
- Please, be aware that using multiple appliances at the same time can, in some cases, lead to a temporary power outage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use the appliances carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
