Sara the manager was wonderful and very accomodating. I highly recommend this stay. It’s a more B&B vibe. Very good location. Close to transport and close to Vatican City. Great food options around also

One of the best B&B properties I've ever been, Sara the manager is highly reliable and always contacts us constantly. I would recommend this place to anyone that's visiting Vatican area cause it's really close and walkable.

Our stay in Rome was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and personally shown to our floor, where everything was clearly and thoroughly explained. Each morning, breakfast snacks were thoughtfully replenished, which was a lovely touch. Our host went above and beyond by sharing great local restaurant recommendations, making it easy to enjoy authentic Roman cuisine. The location was perfect — just a 6-minute walk to the Vatican and within a scenic 30–40 minute walk to many of Rome’s top attractions. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay — we would absolutely return!

Avoid!

The hotel contacted me to arrange airport pickup. After picking me up late, I was then dropped at a locked hotel and left in the pouring rain. The proprietor said they would get there in a few hours. At this point we had no choice but to find another hotel.

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Allerdings ist ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer gewesen (evtl. Abwasserrohr), der sich leider auch in unserer Bekleidung festgesetzt hat. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut, viele Dinge sind fussläufig erreichbar und die Metro ist gerade um die Ecke. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und der Service (Abholung vom Flughafen) hat gut geklappt.

After they change the address two days before we departure in Rome and send an message saying that is no problem for late check in, Friday we received another message saying that the check in is 20€. We stayed 20 minutes in front of the propriety when we arrived because no one answer the inter phone.

L'établissement est très bien situé et l'accueil est chaleureux. Les chambres sont agréables, bien équipées et bien entretenues. Cependant il faut faire attention à la clim pour ceux qui y sont sensibles on peut être malade même si elle reste indispensable et très agréable pendant les grosses chaleurs. C'est tout de même un hôtel que je recommande.

Very nice and cosy room, pleasant and supportive receptionist (owner?), quite comfortable bed, all a man can need in the bathroom, air condition. Very thin walls (one can hear everything like if there were no walls). Bad smell in the beginning (maybe from the cleanser). Breakfast at a cafe close by (Mozart Café) = 1x coffee + 1x croissant. Who doesn't eat sweets has to buy aither an expensive breakfast there or go to the supermarket (like me).

I could boo this hotel in the morning when I was supposed to stay. But when I arrived, I needed to wait for an hour although it was supposed to open for check in. When the front lady came, I was told the hotel rooms weren’t available because of the electricity issues. The lady took me to other hotel with poor quality. Although the pricing was lower, she didn’t pay me back the difference. The other hotel was so dirty... smell was so bad..

Struttura pulita ed essenziale, consigliata.

Esperienza positiva in generale. Struttura a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro, pulita, e ragazza alla reception gentile e cordiale. Se proprio devo porre l’attenzione, lo farei su due cose: 1) Ho soggiornato nella stanza ‘Fucsia’ e lì il segnale wi-fi è molto debole, infatti il dispositivo si scollegava spesso. Suggerirei di migliore questo aspetto. 2) La colazione è servita in un bar che si trova a 2 passi dalla struttura e prevede un cornetto più una bevanda calda (caffè, cappuccino o caffè-latte). Sarebbe ottimo se fosse garantita l’alternativa almeno di una bevanda fredda, come un succo di frutta o una spremuta d’arancia.

The location was good. The hotel was near Vatikan and at a walking distance to Colosseum etc. (if you like to walk) and not far from metro station. Yet the neighbourhood was at a quiet location. Our room window (french balcony) opened to the inner ward, so no traffic noice at all came inside. The hotel was modest, but clean and it had what we needed at a reasonable price. The reception is not allways open. The staff was frienly and gave us advice (good restaurants, show places) about Roma.

Un accoglienza familiare, la struttura pulita ed in una posizione strategica per visitare la città in estrema comodità. Fermata della metropolitana a pochi passi, zona piena di servizi. Piccola struttura ma accogliente e pulita, posizione ottima a due passi dalla fermata della metro con la quale raggiungibile tutta la città. Gestione familiare sia la signora che la figlia di sono mostrate da subito molto gentili e disponibili. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE
