Overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Very convenient location, clean room and a very nice rooftop deck. There were limited hours with front desk staff and they were nowhere to be found at check-out time so we were unable to leave our bags while we went for a bite to eat. We were on the third floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. We were warned about this and informed of times when there was someone to help carry bags up, unfortunately the times didn't line up with our arrival time.

Cute and clean in an excellent location. Steps from popular local food spot Trattoria de Enzo and two blocks from the river walk. Excellent walkabilty to busy restaurant and bar areas in Trastevere as well as taxi pick up area. Private rooftop with great views. Quiet with windows closed so you dont hear the nightlife and has good AC. Highly recommend. Only drawback was no elevator but that is typical of these old buildings. I think only 7 rooms so it all felt pretty private. Free espresso and water bottles every morning.

Wir hatten die Junior-Suite im 4. OG gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, hell, sauber. Uns war bekannt, das kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden war. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben keine Türen. Aus dem Abfluss im Bad hat es schlecht gerochen und in die Räume gezogen. Wir konnten den schlechten Geruch mit viel Lüften lösen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Dächer Roms. Von der Unterkunft sind die Touri-Hotspots gut und schnell zu erreichen. Tolle Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Uskomattoman hyvällä paikalla tämä hotelli! Rauhallinen katu & sijainti, vaikka lähialueilla on paljon ravintoloita ja baareja. Sopii erittäin hyvin sinulle, jos olet omatoiminen ja hyväjalkainen :) Portaikko on hyvin kapea, jyrkkä ja hissiä ei ole. Vieressä on erittäin hyvä ravintola Da Etta, jossa kävimme joka päivä aamiaisella. Todella hyvät julkiset kulkuyhteydet ja kävelyetäisyydellä on paljon nähtävää. Ihanaa oli kävellä aamuisin Tiber joen rannalla!

The location of the property, amenities such as rooftop and secure building made it a wonderful stay. The only negative was the bathroom that had mold and a clogged shower. Asked for it to be addressed but it was never resolved.

We received the check in details via what's app. I personally was expecting it to be a a boutique style hotel with a front desk. However it felt more like a self service apartment and we didn't see anyone the entire 4 day stay. I would recommend this place based on location thus what you pay for. It it centrally located close to some of the best restaurants, yet away from all the busy and noisy parts to the city. Don't expect luxury as the name may indicate. It is a basic room, its very small, the bed is comfortable, I wish the windows could stay open on their own, even a crack, as there was a uncomfortable smell in the room + the sewage smell in the bathroom was pretty bad so we kept the door closed. Overall, the stay was good for a weekend in Rome and again the location is perfect.
