The location is amazing. Can pretty much walk to all the venues but is also close to the main terminus for metro and buses. The staff were very helpful with anything asked and even let us leave our luggage after check out on the last day for a late flight which was super helpful. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The only downside was the shower had a weak flow and constantly ranged between hot and cold. And the tv worked for about 20 seconds. But these minor things didn’t spoil our stay at all. WiFi was good. Overall good stay.

Room was overall strong. The bed’s headboard was tired but besides that the room was lovely, the reception attendant helpful. The bed was comfy and aircon worked great, could also open a window had I wished. Easy enough to find (note yes it’s garden Elide not elide hotel just 20m down the road). Great location ~7/8 mins from Terminal train station, 15-20 from Trevi and only 30 from most attractions, with regular buses and metro from the top/bottom of the street also to anywhere else should you be less inclined walking. I’d be happy to stay here again next time I’m in Rome

It was central, which was very good. However, many inconveniences like the front desk did not speak any English. The headboard material was falling on bed. Pillows very worn out. No hand soap or shower soap. Very noisy plumbing from upstairs.

Very convenient, secure spot to stay. Close to everything, Trevi Fountain, the President's home, etc. However, there were a few failings: the place is not sturdily constructed. The door molding around the bathroom door actually fell off in the middle of the night, waking everyone. Later, I noticed it was held up by clear tape!! There is no waste basket in the room and there was not adequate soap. Wifi as intermittent which was annoying as we tried to book tours over the wifi, but it kept cutting out. Had I to do all over again, I would have staying in a hotel, not a guesthouse, which Elide Garden is. Not a bad place to stay, but way overpriced for what it is. Should be 60-75 EUR per night. Staff is nice and friendly which made a big difference.

What a cool, quaint hotel! Loved it! The location was fabulous, the AC worked great in one of Italy’s biggest heatwaves, the manager was so helpful and nice, and we felt super safe in the area. Would definitely book again.

A lovely stay in Rome! The gentleman that helped us on reception was very helpful and kind. The room and bathroom were a very good size, and were comfortable. Excellent value for money and would stay again.
