Great location and a great neighborhood

Floriana was very easy to deal with, and quickly responded to all our requests. Testaccio is a great neighborhood. This is a very good apartment for a couple. Proximity to the market is wonderful and there are many good restaurants nearby. Thank you Floriana, we really enjoyed our stay in your apartment.

Good,clean apartment with attentive hostess

I had a very good time in the apartment for 4 weeks. Floriana ist a very attentive host, who is happy to help and responds immediately to criticism. She wants the guest to have a pleasant stay.

Wir waren mit fünf Personen dort. Es war alles ok.

Da man in Rom viel unterwegs ist und die Wohnung nur zum schlafen nutzt kann ich sie nur empfehlen. Die Metro und Straßenbahnen kann man bequem zu Fuss erreichen. Wir haben in der Wohnung nicht gekocht da wir immer sehr spät wieder zu hause waren. Das einzige was etwas ärgerlich war, war das die Waschmaschine defekt war. Aber uns wurde gleich eine Adresse für einen Waschsalon gegeben. Sollten wir nochmal nach Rom fahren würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Assolutamente fantastico

Ho passato un soggiorno bellissimo....ottima la posizione per chi vuole vivere il quartiere testaccio....abbiamo lasciato la macchina per due giorni passeggiando molto piacevolmente a piedi....l'alloggio con tutti i comfort grazie anche alla cortesia squisita e disponibilità dei proprietari. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Great apartment in a great neighborhood!

Stefano's apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It even has a small balcony for morning coffee! Testaccio is a wonderful neighborhood. Close enough to the tourist sites, but not "touristy." I would definitely stay in this apartment again!

Parfait pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour.

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description , confortable et lumineux dans un immeuble très calme . Tous les commerces nécessaires sont à proximité . L'ambiance du quartier est très agréable et sympathique . Il est idéalement situé pour visiter tous les points de Rome et ses alentours à pieds , en bus , Tramway , métro et en train. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et Stefano est un propriétaire attentionné . Adresse chaudement recommandée !!!

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Stephano lors de notre arrivée au "Domus in Testaccio". L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier à la fois calme et animé. De nombreux commerces à proximité et un accès rapide aux transports en commun si besoin car le centre historique est aussi accessible à pieds. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement spacieux pour 4, bien équipé et très propre. Une adresse à recommander!
