The room for three including 20yo son was great. Roomy with extras like bathrobes, heated mirror in bathroom. The widows were reasonably soundproof being close to the main train station.

Round bed and bath was perfect. Breakfast was great, though all 4 days exactly same. Those breakfast hit digs, skip that. Staff great. Nice to be near trains. But looked a little dangerous, night time yelling on south side, slept fine, but that's what can happen near a train bus terminal. All. Together was good choice.

The hotel location is perfect for the train station. It was walkable for what we needed for our 1 day stay in Rome. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Would stay again.

Warm welcome. A quick introduction to Rome and transport system. Supplied with a map. We arrived 9:30am. They happily held our bags and had them in our room when it was available at 2pm check in time. Good breakfast selection. Very convenient to Rome Termini. 200m.

The front desk staff was rude when we checked in. The location of the hotel is convienient, as it’s close to the central stain station. However, the neighborhood is not great around the hotel. There’s a security guard at night outside the hotel. The area is noisy if you are a light sleeper.

Location: Being near Roma Termini has its advantage. Every major transportation option and route is immediately available to you. My wife and I had one evening where we felt like the area wasn't the safest after a certain hour, but overall we had no issues and enjoyed our stay. Property: Staff was excellent and the room was really nice. No complaints! Overall: I might choose to stay closer to more touristy neighborhoods next time. But definitely loved the stay and would do it again.

My husband is coeliac, hotel did have cereal and biscuits/buns for breakfast, the only downside was there was no gluten free bread. Many options for those who weren’t coeliac. Rooms were spotless. Hotel was in easy reach to all main attractions, bus and train station minutes away. Staff were friendly.

Very convient location. Very nice and efficient staff. However, right around the hotel is one of the rougher areas of the city. No sense of danger just very dirty, assertive people selling something, and people just hanging out and lingering in groups until late in the night.

The hotel itself amazing, big room size and bed are great. The toilet size is a bit small as my wife is pregnant, she find it a bit hard to shower as it is very narrow. The noise around the area is quite loud and there’s a construction site nearby. Breakfast is decent variety, enough to get you going.

The hotel was lovely. The room decor was high quality & exactly like the pictures. The staff were lovely. The only negative thing was the unwanted attention my niece got from men standing outside a nearby betting shop when we were walking home...it seemed to be because she had blond hair!

I have to say that this hotel is fabulous. Close to the terminal, restaurants, shops, etc. The room is super comfortable, there is hot water, the breakfast is good, everything is clean, my room had a mini bar with snacks and drinks for sale which was super convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really felt very safe as soon as we entered the hotel. They offered us the service of leaving our suitcases since our flight arrived early and when we returned in the afternoon we already had them in our room. I recommend this hotel. However, I can't lie, the surroundings of the hotel are not safe but that is the case in many areas of Rome, but they have a security guard at night outside the main door. Just go out with the address in hand and don't get distracted. We witnessed a robbery at 6:30 am, we saw it all from our window. There is also too much noise throughout the day. Other than that, we loved it.

Pleasentlt surprised by this hotel. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very convenient. Breakfast included and had everything. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Specially Saif. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasent. Overall 5 star hotel.

The room I booked was a beautiful corner room with a circle bed. There was a full bathtub as well as a stand up shower. The service was excellent, and the breakfast available in the morning was delicious. The location is just around the corner from Roma Termini which is perfect for anyone taking the regional trains or Leonardo express to the airport. The street outside has some sketchy people, but I felt safe inside the hotel. Highly recommended!

This was a good property, excellent location near train station and underground and very central to sites. The staff were polite and helpful. All at front desk including Flavio, Stefano and others (I unfortunately cannot recall all the names) they were very helpful...Even doormen were super nice. That said - to justify the price and a rating of a 4 star hotel, minor upgrades can be done... the rooms should have more storage for clothing...at least more hangers, they should remove carpets in rooms, - it would look and be much cleaner, include an iron in every room... and for people who are staying more than 3 days they should offer larger rooms. - The first one I had been given was a closet overlooking garbage on a roof. All in all I would say the staff and location is a 4, the property is a 3.

Disappointing stay …
The Hotel was friendly and helpful.. we did have a room lighting problem which didn’t get sorted and when we checked the fault on our return from an excursion, found that no one had attempted to rectify the problem .. which was disappointing. The hotel itself is conveniently situated , clean and comfortable …. BUT .. and it’s a big BUT … we found getting to sleep at night troublesome due to the noise and shouting of vagrants and drop outs congregating outside on the street but within earshot of the room .

The hotel and room was great. The front desk staff spoke good English and were very helpful with questions. The hotel kept our bags for us since we arrived before check-in. The room was cleaned daily, and was excellent. The room lighting was modern, it could use a desk reading lamp. The breakfast was the same daily, but enough different items that we could vary during our four day stay. The A/C worked great during hot days. The room had a kettle, coffees/teas, robes, couch, and a mini fridge (stocked, but we didn’t use any items), The only issue we had was not with the hotel but some ‘street’ kids noisy in the late evening/early am, but we returned to the hotel before about 10pm. Would stay here again.

Just right outside of the busiest train station in Roma. Lots of people traffic and street vendors just feels unsafe to walk around. Taxi drive also warned us of safety with in this area. Hotel itself was fine. Staff very helpful, feel it’s a little overprice for room. Hotel itself very clean and maintained

Great location and hotel. Comfy bed and big bathroom, although shower mixer is a bit stiff! Good breakfast. Close to Termini for trains, buses, trams and Metro.

We arrived late evening on fri 4th august and went to have a shower refresh and no hot water so had a cold shower ..same again in the morning no hot water and they sent someone to fix it while we were out and got back still cold water ..sat evening still hadnt been fixed ..complained again sun morning and they moved our room and yay hot water ..Reception staff amazing and helpfull..Good selection at Breakfast however all the hot food was cold i.e. scrambled eggs/bacon/pancakes !!.The warming trays need fixing ...great selction of fruit/yoghurts/cereals/continental/pastries/cakes/coffee etc ...very well located across the road from the Termini train station ...Just a shame about the cold shower

The air-conditioning temperature controller didnt work at all even though other features like fan speed and on/off were fine and as a result the room was pretty warm. The staff were nice, but small things like street noise from drunks at night, and uncomfortable room temperature made my stay less enjoyable. Location is superb though.

Location but noisy
Great location if you plan to use the train to get about however it’s extremely noisy at night with lots of people hanging around the streets however they do have security on at night so you feel safe. We stayed from a Sunday to Thursday. Heard lots of drunk people/arguments on the streets on Sunday night but heard nothing for the next 3 nights so it might be better staying here mid week
