Our stay at the property started out very bad. We had a delay on our flight by a whole day and upon arrival at the property we had to wait for check in time which we should have been checked in a day before as we contacted the hotel management and notofied we would be late by 1 day because of our delay. They rented out our rooms and upon our arrival they made us wait to check-in until 2:00 pm even though the room was already ours from the prior night because rooms had to be cleaned. We were told check out time was 12pm on the expedia website and management made us checkout at 10:30. Expedia said it was a bed and breakfast and no breakfast was available. Very bad experience

The description about the facility is totally wrong. The photos and presentation is like his place is a 5 STAR hotel! The fact of the matter is this is a dungeon. One small bedroom with minimal basic amenities. All the photos are edited and AI generated. There is no reception or common areas. I had to use my phone light to shave in the bathroom. On the website, it says " Free Parking as a given associated with this property which is very rare" That is a total lie. There are street parking which is always occupies and I had to park several blocks away in the street. The place was totally rip off, we stayed in another location for two days. We wasted our money at this place since the booking was NON REFUNDABLE! It was my mistake not read the reviews where this property has a 7.4 Score. I will give 3 on a 1-10 score. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Excellent!

Absolutely wonderful customer service! The transportation to and from the airport was flawless! I was nervous traveling and they put me at ease. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable! We will definitely be back. Plus the location was easy to navigate the subway and walk around the neighborhood.

The overall stay was good. Check-in was a little strange as the host would not look me in the eye or address me directly, he only spoke to my partner. The only two things that could be improved are the noise level and the amenities. If your room is facing the street you get a lot of noise, and the shampoo, conditioner and body was were so small we had to buy our own from the grocery store.

Fairly quiet area of Rome but has restaurants nearby. Not far from the Vatican City or shopping. Room fairly small but adequate and very clean with comfy bed. Tea and coffee in room but no milk.

Number of items that needed maintenance, the worst being a dripping radiator that several times a day had us changing out the small plastic dish that was there to catch the leak. We were there to relax not waste time arguing with Expedia’s essentially unhelpful service department and the apartments management over how much we should be paying given the number of issues with the place. So not happy at all that we received nothing back from the apartment given the issues and little from Expedia support.

Pick a better place

This hotel and the staff were awful, by far the worst part of our long 14 day trip in Europe. 1) No onsite parking. We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised onsite parking. That is false, only parking available is paid public and private 3rd party parking. Neither was available near the hotel, deplete the promises of the check-in clerk. 2) Excessive and unacceptable noise level. Our room, called "Milano", was adjacent to their lobby. Where management allows people to party all night long. We asked for a room change, with an expectation that may not be possible, but they never even replied to our request. We barely got any sleep over 3 nights, with our daughter. 3) Ran out of hot water with 3 people every single day of our visit. Also ran out of toilet paper, and they literally made us beg for more. Never encountered that in hundreds of hotel stays. 4) They call themselves "eco' so they can cut corners. We were told to use the same towels for 3 days. Which cannot dry in 90% humidity. 5) Large step in middle of room. My daughter was injured going to the bathroom tripping over this OSHA hazard. Reporting it to local authorities. Not safe. 6) Management is aggressive, rude, and ambivalent. They ignored our room change request and then attempted to change our check out time when we complained about all of the above. I would never recommend to anyone. Dishonest and dysfunctional. We made a mistake with this booking.

The location is great, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transport nearby. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. However, this is a very small hotel and the hotel itself is quite old and not very soundproof. At night, you can hear your neighbors opening doors and people talking outside. The reception isn’t 24 hours, so sometimes you hear guests ringing the bell or chatting late at night. The room feels a bit dated and there were no napkins provided. I stayed for 3 nights and was told that towels would not be changed during my stay. I also heard someone touch the door handle at night, which made me a bit worried. There was a constant buzzing sound in the room, which the staff said comes from the electrical system and is the same in every room. I booked this place in a rush and later realized that the Hilton in Rome was only about 30 euros more per night Overall, the location and staff are great, but the noises made it hard to rest well. If you’re a light sleeper, this might not be the good choice.

El alojamiento está en una zona cercana al Vaticano , pero más distanciada del resto de la zona turística. Es un alojamiento conservado con gente de trato muy agradable y predispuesto a colaborar en tus peticiones. Como inconvenientes decir que hasta acceder al alojamiento hay que subir unos cuantos escalones y para ese acceso no hay ascensor, dificultando el acceso a personas mayores o con movilidad reducida. Se trata de una zona residencial llena de todo tipo de servicios, farmacias, tiendas, cafeterías restaurantes y mercado. En general es aceptable y su personal es correcto.

Nice and quiet neighboorhood. Great location, walkable to great sites. Great and friendly staff. We had artived from a late flight, and even though there was a miscommunication, they remained patient to try to help us out.
