Hotel was good for location, very close to Roma Termini station. But there was no microwave, breakfast started late at 7:30, and it was all pretty much sweet pastries. There was very little room outside of the beds, but the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very small. I suppose all of this to be expected in Rome. At least they provided us with a kettle upon request which was very helpful. At the end it served our purpose.

Our room did not look anything like the pictures shown. It was very small and barely fit us 4 people. There was no soap, no toilet paper, and other amenities that were supposed to be included. After filing a complaint, we were switched to the room of the picture which was significantly bigger and a better bathroom, and when we asked for housekeeping and came back it was the same as we had left it. Breakfast is very minimal, and there might be an ant infestation going on.

I don't recommend this place for anyone. It is the worst hotel in Rome. We couldn't stay. The smell, the bathroom and the room were disgusting. We lost our money but we didn't care. We didn't stay even for a night. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

There are homeless drug addicts hanging out in the corridor and in front of the hotel all day long!!! It's very scary. I complained to the staff and was told they can't do anything about it. They said they call the police but the people return so they don't bother calling police anymore. The front and corridor smelled like feces and urine. The only good thing was the location as it's a 2 minute walk to the central train station.

The entrance is hard to find it’s in an alley where a homeless man was sleeping. Multiple doors to be buzzed through with poor instructions in small print to gain entry. Bed was a box with 3” piece of foam. 1 flat pillow per person. No blanket or other bed covering just a sheet. Bathroom sight and small had to sit sideways on toilet as it was to close to the wall. Had 2 nights booked. Cancelled 2nd night without a refund and luckily booked elsewhere.

No hot water (only cold showers) and a deeper dive into reviews shows this same problem going back months. We were repeatedly told the hot water would be fixed—to no avail. It’s an older budget place. Wifi didn’t penetrate into the room (spotty at best).
