We stay at room 425. In general, the staff was so kind and friendly specially Alexandra at the restaurant. We found the hotel is beautiful, except the bathroom and its continuous bad smell. It was not cleaned at all during the three days we stayed there.

The place was overall good, would have been better if it had a swimming pool. The breakfast is a must, especially if you want more than a croissant and small coffee. The location is about 10 min from the metro/subway, but overall far from famous venues. I would stay there again as it was overall a good first trip to Italy. Face-to-face.

The bathroom smelled terrible all the time, nobody came to cleaned it at all, since the moment we arrived to the room, and the ceiling window was broken or did not work properly.

Inside and outside of the hotel is beautiful with some fabulous fine Art interior designs. The staff at the entry gate were very nice and helpful.Check in staff upon arrival was very rude and unprofessional, a young petite lady that wanted to talk me out of my included breakfast, stated that it wasn't included, which i showed her the receipt of my payment.The portion of fee that was to be paid on site was $68.00 she said it was 75.00 Euro which we paid because we arrived at night and was very exhausted. My room was not cleaned on the 4 day, upon request they sent someone to bring towels and pick up the trash, the next day after breakfast we were waiting in the lobby for our room to be cleaned until about 2pm before we pleaded with the cleaning guy so that we could rest before heading out due to high heat outsider.
