There was no fridge in room and you can not adjust to room temperature on AC switch but generally it was good and comfortable. Receptionists were so polite.

Not our first time in the hotel. However not the best experience. We did not get the room we had selected and we could not get it changed because of "overbooking". Parts in the room are quickly aging and Cost / Benefit ratio was very unfavorable. Breakfast quality has dropped significantly The area around has a pleasant garden.

The hotel staff is really good, knowledgeable, and knew english well. Our issue was with our room and its location. We were next to the lobby so it was noisy all the time and hard to sleep at jight and then sleep in the morning as you could hear everyone's conversations and people running in the halls. The pillows and bed were also extremely uncomfortable. Besides this thebstaff did a grest job cleaning the room was a decent size.

The staff was excellent and very attentive the property was clean and shopping is very close but the proximity of center city is not very convenient it takes about 30 - 40 minutes to take a taxi

Struttura nel complesso molto carina, bel parcheggio ed esterni molto curati. La camera purtroppo, non mi ha soddisfatto. Bagno con saponi in comodi dispenser a parete, tutto molto bello, tutto molto green, ma una saponetta per il bidet sarebbe utile visto che i dispenser sono nella doccia e vicino al lavandino… Pavimento della camera ancora con moquet, muri piuttosto sporchi, scrostati e con bucchi tappati con stucco a vista… Frigobar in camera assente. Una bottiglietta d’acqua in camera si potrebbe anche lasciare, è un piccolo gesto sempre gradito. Le uniche cose positive della camera sono il materasso (molto comodo) e uno spazio da lavoro abbastanza spazioso e soprattutto con una sedia da ufficio comoda. Ristorante promosso, mangiato molto bene a prezzo allineati alle aspettative Colazione super deludente Non so se torneró
