Like many places to stay in Rome this is in a larger building and almost looks like an apartment within a building. I can’t think of a place I’ve stayed that I loved more. The location is WONDERFUL if you want to be able to walk around Trastavere. I was able to drop off my bags early so I could catch a tour, and they even called a cab for us to go to the airport. The room was decorated beautifully, was spotless, and had every amenity necessary (hair dryer, steamer, kettle, tea bags, mini fridge) and was very modern. This was a one night stay at the end of our trip to Italy and it was the best sleep I had the entire time. I would stay here again, without a doubt.

Hanky Suite – Trastevere, Rome 🇮🇹 We really enjoyed our stay at Hanky Suite in Trastevere. The location was fantastic—quiet and peaceful, but only about a 10-minute walk to the heart of Trastevere, where you’ll find lively piazzas, restaurants and bars. There’s also a restaurant right outside the building and a bus stop nearby, which made getting around very convenient. Our room was a great size, modern, very clean and had comfortable beds. Another nice feature was the shared room, which we didn’t get a chance to use, but it had couches, a full-size refrigerator and a water cooler available for guests staying in the three rooms. And one thing that’s especially appreciated in Rome: there’s an elevator! It made getting our luggage up to the third floor so much easier, especially since elevators aren’t always a given in older Roman buildings. The owner was also very helpful and arranged a taxi for us to the airport on our last day, which made our departure stress-free. Overall, a comfortable, modern and convenient place to stay in Trastevere, especially if you want to be close to the action without being right in the middle of the noise.
