The only downside to this property is you have to check in at another hotel, which is a few doors down. The staff was very helpful., once we found them.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned every day of our stay. The breakfast was simple but lovely. The beds were comfortable. It is conveniently located near Termini Station so you have walkable access to the metro. This is an economy hotel so keep this in mind if you book with them. The room is tiny. The bathroom is very tiny. You have to check in at the hotel next door and they will walk you over to your room. All in all I would stay here again for the price and the friendly staff.

Very conveniently located 2 1/2 blocks from Termini. The breakfast was very decent and the room was clean for the most part. There was a spot of mildew above the shower that would take someone with a ladder or long scrub brush to get. The a/c was almost non-existent, you could not control the temperature, I assume because there would be a strain on the grid as every hotel room would want their room colder. The bed/mattress was the hardest I have ever slept on and had me turning over all night. The lobby and greeting by hotel staff was superb and was the coldest room in the building.

This "hotel" is the weirdest thing I ever stayed at. It looks like an abandoned hotel that is used as an overflow space for a neighboring hotel. Reception desk, breakfast (which was descent by the way) was in entirely different hotel 3 doors down. No instructions on how to checkin were provided. Amnemeties like hot water for tea cost 5 euros.

Dusty and the shower was too small, the bathroom towels were not absorbent at all, those were like paper towels and table towels. I wish they have better quality and Expedia charged us too much, almost one hundred dollars more, $3 days for $996.00. The hotel only charged $750 euros. Bad experience.

Le dimensioni della stanza erano ordinarie sebbene l'arredamento fosse un po' vetusto e l'illuminazione scarsa. Il bagno, davvero minimo e senza bidet. La colazione, discreta e varia, sebbene servita presso un'altra struttura adiacente ma priva di un collegamento interno. La posizione, buona e prossima alla stazione ferroviaria. Il parcheggio è disponibile nei pressi a pagamento presso altri soggetti non convenzionati da contattare separatamente. La cosa che più ci ha colpito negativamente è stata la richiesta di un supplemento per il cane (20 euro al giorno), cosa espressamente esclusa dalla proposta contrattuale accettata; invero, la scelta era caduta su questa struttura proprio perché, con il sistema dei filtri selezionati non richiedeva supplementi. La struttura, alle nostre rimostranze (documentali) si è dimostrata irremovibile ed ha "rimpallato" il "malinteso" sulla piattaforma che non avrebbe riportato fedelmente le condizioni contrattuali dell'offerta. Un errore può capitare ma quando accade, generalmente si trova una soluzione ragionevole a tutela della buona fede riposta nelle condizioni della proposta pubblicata ed accettata, per responsabilità altrui.

O quarto precisa de reforma, o colchão está muito gasto, travesseiros desconfortáveis. A região do hotel é muito suja e mal frequentada. Diária muito cara para o que é oferecido

Hotel vieillot mais bien situé à côté de Termin

L'hotel Campidiglio n"existe pas et nous avons ete diriges par mzil sur l"hotel Contilia juste à côté sans explication. La taxe de sejour a ete exigée en espèces.... Chambre de belle taille, pas de bouilloire electrique dans la chambre chauffage difficile à faire fonctionner car très bruyant. Salle de bain correcte mais avec une odeur d'égouts permanente. Lit confortable et surface de rangement correcte.Petit dejeuner à partir de 7 h 30 seulement pas très pratique. Positif un accueil 24 h sur 24.

Das Hotel liegt wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Der Check-in ist beim Nachbarhotel. Das Frühstück ist im Nachbarhotel. Für den Zimmerpreis war es ok.

De va tur att andra skrivit att man skulle checka in på närliggande hotellet annars hade vi inte vetat vart vi skulle checka in. Ringde innan för att stämma av vart och hur man skulle checka in men personen på andra sidan kunde völdigt sålig engelska så fick inget bra svar. Rummet städades bara genom att byta handdukar, byta påse i papperskorgen samt bädda. Golvet städades inte under vår vistelse. Frukosten intogs på närliggande hotellet och den va helt okej, man blev mätt men inte mer än så. Riktigt trevlig personal i receptionen

Ett slitet hotell på en bakgata ifrån centralstationen Termini. Helt OK med tanke på att man bara sover där, resten av tiden gick vi i Rom.

Høsttur

Hotellet var helt greit og utmerket renhold. Ligger sentralt ved Termini. Rommet lite, men virket ganske nyoppusset mht inventaret. Litt mange nøkler å betjene, men det var egentlig en bagatell. Det store minuset var frokosten. Her var det søtt i bøtter og spann, kaker, diverse croissanter med og uten søtt fyll, loff og fine rundstykker. Skinke, salami og hvitost i tillegg til frokostblanding var det eneste i kategorien ordentlig mat. Mye støy i frokostsalen. Hotellet hadde en sjarmerende bakgård med trær og planter, men der var det strengt forbudt å sitte, uvisst av hvilken grunn.

Leider war das Hotel etwas herunter gekommen. Klimaanlage war so laut, dass man sie nicht nutzen konnten, der Zimmerschlüssel ist abgebrochen usw. Obwohl die Rezeption belegt ist, verlangt das Hotel bei Ankunft nach Mitternacht einen Aufschlag von 35 Euro pro Zimmer. Die Informationen, die per Expedia verschickt wurden waren nur auf Italienisch. Meines Ermemessens

Struttura vecchia e poco curata, accesso alla camera scomodo, stanza corta e angusta, scarsa luminosità, bagno poco funzionale per assenza bidet, scarsissimo getto acqua rubinetto, asciugamani insufficienti, Buona e abbondante la prima colazione. buona la cortesia del personale
