Such an amazing hotel, rebooked for the last couple days during our Europe trip. Staff are so helpful and kind, room was always cleaned every time we went back and also the Junior suite is absolutely gorgeous. It’s also close to all attractions in Rome, and there are restaurants as soon as you walk out out of it.

Everything was great! Wish I could give a 4.5 star. Only challenge was the thermostat wouldn’t go lower than 19 degrees C in our room and we sleep usually at 16 so it was a little warm for us.

We loved the unique and spacious rooms. The location was perfect for getting around Rome easily. We also enjoyed the bar area for the late afternoon and evenings to visit with family. The breakfast was also lovely.

When checking in, you are greeted very warmly by the front desk staff. All speak English quite well, Our Deluxe King room was beautifully decorated, spacious, quiet and with a comfortable bed. The hotel is near the train station. After unpacking, we had a cocktail at the Hotel's bar. The bar keep, like the other staff, was very attentive. We did not have breakfast due to travel arrangement early in the morning. We only stayed one night, however, we are returning to Rome in April 2027 and will book again at the Hotel Canada.

Excellent stay! The hotel is chic, spotlessly clean, and serves a great breakfast. Location-wise, it’s ideal—just steps from Termini and the metro station, and you can easily walk to most major sights within 25–30 minutes. The staff is warm, friendly, and always ready to help. You'll find plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a pharmacy and convenience store right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again when in Rome!

The staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful! Always there for you. The room was quirky and weird. The bathroom was terrible! The shower just barely dribbled out, the counter was ridiculously narrow and tiny for how large the room actually was. Needs an upgrade, that’s for sure. But it was comfortable, big and in a good location, with many good restaurants on the same 1-2 blocks. Although I find it hard to believe it’s only a 10 min walk to the train station. We had to take a cab both ways with the luggage. Otherwise, the metro was close and doable without luggage.
